The chicken was clearly in the pot/display pan for a while… For ten dollars, the salad is very……. Small, and the romaine lettuce clearly wasn’t washed. (Didn’t chipotle get in trouble for hepatitis?) When asked if they have ground beef, they looked at us like we offended them. The staff was very slow moving (not training slow, just… “I don’t care” slow) their soda machines are down… All around a general fail for a BRAND NEW RESTAURANT. Oh yeah, tables were dirty when they were slow.

I ordered the chicken Alpastor bowl and the rice was hard as heck. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla with rice and beans on the side and the girl gave me the Lil bits of scraps that was left on the rice holder. The chicken was way too spicy, they might as well give you a hot sauce bottle instead. Horrible place. Money down the drain!!!

I come here several times a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The portions are a good size. I’ve never had to wait long even during rush times. The kitchen area looks pretty clean and I always see them deep cleaning when it’s slower. The food is also delicious. 10/10 will be coming back soon!

The one in Bristol CT is awesome. They are so good with timing and being aware of exactly what the customer wants. A little expensive but worth it . The food was fresh and always hot. I really like how the bowls are made the way you like. The steak is about two dollars more but tasty. I wish they had more options for mild or not spicy but I guess that’s all in the name. Seating is kinda tight and no privacy but it’s ok. Not really kid friendly. But enjoyable. Something different. The only thing is when we wanted lettuce they said we don’t have lettuce due to shipping so someone should really take better control in management to be sure everyone has what they expect when going to Chipotle…

Came in at 9 pm I know they close at 10 but there’s still an hour left and their grills were already shut down. They only had chicken and because of that they were giving everyone in line very little.the staff wasn’t friendly and the music they had on in the back was very inappropriate especially with little ones in line. The guy is serving me sour cream on my burrito bowl while you can hear the loud music nuts in your mouth like a tea bag. Save yourself the trouble from this place and drive to southingtons chipotle!

I went in 3 days ago for the first while working as an EMT in Bristol and was able to use a discount. However today at Chipotle I was told they just got rid of their military and first responder discount TODAY (FOR EMS ONLY), and that it now only applies to firefighters and police on duty. Very good to know chipotle, that EMS is no longer considered first responders. I will be sure to let all my friends and coworkers know this, and we won’t be back! Very rude management as well.
