This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. They never have onions and peppers, so for years I chose not to go to this particular chipotle. Just this past week I decided to risk it and thought “what are the chances they are out of onions and peppers this time.” Mind you it is 530pm. I get up to the line with no one waiting (shocker). Look for the onions and peppers and sure enough they are out. I walk right out and will never give this chipotle another chance. It is not hard to keep ingredients in stock. Literally ever other restaurant I go to does not have this issue. Also, who in their right mind would get a burrito with no onions and peppers!

As a person who can’t eat gluten, I appreciate all the things your chain and staff do to keep my food free of allergen. It makes it easy for me to find food on the road and I frequent a few shops. This location is really doing it’s level best even when supply chain and staffing issues take a toll, they remain cheerful and accommodating.

Chipotle where is the chicken?? 14 dollars for this? Very disappointed. And rice? It literally rice is the cheapest thing you could put in the bowl where is that. This location is trash. Never had an experience like this at any other Chipotle.

We were on a rush for last minute school shopping, my stepmom had to be on a meeting at 8 and it was 7:20. We were very rushed and the service cooked up our food in literally 2 minutes , props to you chipotle

I came in on the night of 4-16, while the store may have been VERY short staffed, the employees that served me (Daniel and a woman whose name i didn’t get) were so unbelievably kind and patient. They had a line to the back of the store and they still managed to get out online and in store orders in a timely manner. As well as having wonderful customer service. Give these people a raise!!!

I’ve got to say, Chipotle can get crazy during peak hours. I came in during the dinner rush and had to wait a little bit. Nothing bad but I understand the pressure and stress the employees experience. Diane is killing it! Super sweet and delivering the same smile to every individual. It’s not easy working with the general public. A lot of people are *insert expletive here* and she’s handling it with strong customer service. Props to you Diane! You deserve a raise!!

Stopped in at 7pm, there were about 4 employees working but they said they were short staffed. They were out of white rice and alot of people were asking. They said it was cooking which is understandable. Seems like lately every Chipolte I come into is missing something or has issues. The place was pretty messy, tables, drink area and garbage bins.
