Ordered food on the Chipotle app, got a confirmation and pickup time. Arrived at the store to be told there’s no more rice, no one attempted to make the order or reach out to cancel the order. The manager says they’re unable to issue a refund for the food we never received, offered us someone else’s order that was left on the shelf, denied any sort of reasonable remedy. Told me to call corporate. As long as I’ve managed restaurants, I’ve never recognized this as an appropriate way to handle an order that was already paid for. They must be paying their employees well there as they obviously don’t understand other peoples hard earned money.

This place had very bad service when i went. i ordered a bowl and asked for extra guac, the guy had an attitude and literally only scooped the brown part of the guac and put it on my plate. i tried to be nice and said “thank you have a great day!” and he just stared at me as i walked out. never coming back to chipotle. they also didn’t give me utensils since i ordered take out.

Even though I live very close to this location, I learned the hard way to avoid this location at all costs. I prefer to drive a little further to Glastonbury. I’ve ordered 3 times online and every single time the order was not even started. When I get there and tell them, they proceed to make other orders of ppl who just got there over mine which by this point is half an hour late past the time it was supposed to be ready. So what’s the point of ordering online? They also tend to run out of things, serve brown guacamole, and oh yeah best past: close a half hour to an hour before they’re supposed to! My partner and I have come at different times and the chairs are up and doors are locked even though they’re supposed to be closed at 10. Avoid this chipotle at all costs.

I ordered a salad as take out and I wish I opened it before I left because who in their right mind serves a salad with less than 10 pieces of lettuce in it?! I literally had to dig through it to even find any bit of green.

What can I say? It’s Chipotle in the good news is you know exactly what you’re going to get. And I’ve never been disappointed at this location. I always get the bowls just as many people enjoy the burritos as well. It’s our go-to place on any night when we’re not sure what we want. The kids agree.

blasting loud unedited rap music during business hours (before 5pm) is unprofessional. That and waiting in line for 30 minutes to even be acknowledged that I am here is unacceptable too. The app is broken as well, so I couldn’t order online even if I wanted to!

Experience was really bad. The place was dirty, the bathroom didn’t work, and when I got the food the guacamole was dark and fresh and when I was eating I got a pepper end stem in my food and the lettuce was not washed properly because I saw a tiny bug on it. I don’t know it was my bad luck that I experienced everything negative or there place was just not clean at all. Very disappointed. Already that bowl cost more than it use it and on top you get bad experience when you go there Dosent cut it at all. Thry definitely need to change management there!
