I’ve worked in a restaurant for roughly 8 years, and i don’t like leaving once stars but this was just lack of common sense. I ordered a delivery from Uber eats, and when we received our food it was missing almost every item we requested. (Photo attached.)

Ordered a steak bowl via the app. Brought the food home to discover the bowl had no steak (lovely). It was also missing other toppings that I requested. This is not the first time one of my online orders had an issue from this location. I do not recommend ordering from the app. If you do, check your food before you walk out of the door. Chances are there will be mistakes.

The food was surprisingly good, I’m just skeptical about ordering from them for delivery based on reviews. I ordered a steak bowl, the person that was making it seemed to move too fast when I told him what I wanted, I had to stop him a couple of times because I wanted a few toppings on the side although he had already thrown it in the bowl. My advice: slow down and listen, let the customer talk!

Absolutely horrible place to get food. Staff was extremely rude, uncaring and useless. Food choices were bleak at best, with many items unavailable. Food was cold and tasteless and holy hell expensive!!! $30 for a burrito and chips? GTFO! They had nothing to even put on the burrito, like no guacamole, no other sides, etc…. Restaurant itself was dirty and unkempt. Never going back and I’d advise anyone that reads this to do the same. I’d be embarrassed if I was the owner/manager.

Customer service is awful they get mad if you double your order and start complaining in patois (the Jamaicans) because it’s a hassle for them to do the job that they get paid for? Can’t even wrap a bloody burrito without wasting an handful of ingredients. I keep telling myself I won’t come to this location again because these people are just miserable and rude for no reason. People like that shouldn’t be preparing your food. This was my final straw. But I doubt chipotle cares.

Staff seem clueless and $20 for a bowl?? They’re getting as high as their employees. Sour cream was milk. They’re food is good but I can get two large Dominos pizzas for less than 1 bowl. Seriously stupid expensive for what you get. Did I mention an extra spoon of meat was $5.20!! The fountain soda machine was out of Coke too!!

Lunch service is adequate, but they should close afterwards. The thugs from Hartford come in afterwards, milk the clock, and leave. Both corporate and store employees couldn’t care less about customer service. Corporate only cares about revenue and profit, and store employees only care about a paycheck. These are the same corporations that advocate for fairness and equality, yet are completely clueless to how these people behave.
