Some of the people working here are great, others should not be there at all. Poor morale, as well. Ordered a bowl and there is hardly any chicken, beans, lettuce, corn salsa.. It’s mostly rice. I’m going to avoid this one and just go to the Berlin Turnpike going forward. If you do order from here, order through door dash. It’s the only way your concern/issue will be assuaged.

It was the first time I ordered kids meals and it was not a good experience. Server was oblivious to my need for guidance and I even told him I needed it. We ended up with cool slop. Kids were starved and they ate it. I have had pretty good food at Chipotle and this location just didn’t do it.

It’s a nice Chipotle chain. Servers are hot and cold, some can be attentive and helpful, when some couldn’t care less that you are there. The food is as expected, good but I still think Chipotle as a whole is expensive. Nevertheless a good location for those who support Chipotle and like their food.

If you want a burrito that falls apart in one bite with missing items and a staff that will blatantly disrespect you when you inquire about your order being wrong than come to this chipotle. My burrito was missing veggies and guacamole and no one seemed to care but instead acted like I was disrespecting them because I wanted my order correct. This is the second time that I’ve been here and had a horrible experience. I thought that it was a fluke the first time but now I know this is just how they operate. Do not come here.

Stopped at this Chipotle 3-4 time over the past few months. Every time was disappointing. It was either some combination of long waits, bland food, poor service, or the store was not maintained. I stopped here once and the caps weren’t put on the soda machines and it sprayed all over our clothes. Another time the burritos weren’t wrapped well and fell apart immediately. A Moe’s or Qdoba in this area would dominate over the low rent & flavorless lack of quality that this and most Chipotles serve up.

I love chipotle but seems to be the employees aren’t completely trained just yet. I had some rice that wasn’t completely cooked. The food was lacking flavor. They were out of chips, forks and fajitas when I went. I will definitely give it another try in about a month or so, I am sure they will be better. The customer service was good for sure.

Avoid at all costs. I love Chipotle and their food, but this location is horrible. Took forever to get the food. Staff is very inexperienced, food wasn’t refreshed regularly (so they were out of many meat options), and they just don’t care. A burrito is supposed to be wrapped well. I ended up with a sloppy pile of food.

Definitely the worst chipotle i’ve been to. Tried to get lunch there at 11 the other day (they open 10:45), and all doors were locked. Stood outside for a couple minutes until finally a worker came out and said they had a large catering order and couldn’t serve anyone else for an unknown amount of time. After getting lunch next door, customers were still standing there waiting, so I told them what the employee had told me. They couldn’t be bothered to put any kind of sign or notice on the doors.
