I placed an order on the app for two burritos. Both burritos were tiny, neither had any of the protein I selected in them. I paid extra for double wrapped on both and paid extra for guacamole in one, and NONE OF THAT WAS ON IT. I am furious. Never ordering from this chipotle again. They didn’t even label the burritos and I wasn’t even sure if I picked up the right order for a minute. Low and behold I did, but they just ‘forgot’ almost everything I ordered. I don’t know who was made my burritos on 8/25/2023 at 5pm but I hope they never make food for anymore customers ever again.

I waited patiently in line for 15 minutes before my order was taken. I asked for two bowls with brown rice. The server proceeded with scraping a handful of hard brown rice off the nearly empty container of brown rice along with scraping hard rice off of the sides and put half in one bowl and half in the other. Both bowls were practically empty with little to no rice. I could not believe the servers attempt to serve me this so I politely asked if he had anymore brown rice and he stated no. I then again asked if there was anymore in the back and he stated no. I could not believe that no only did he just explain that there was no more brown rice at the restaurant but also tried to give me little to no rice, which was extremely hard and peeled off the sides of the container. The white rice was also empty. I’m sure he would not have appreciated being served like this either. This is the 3rd time that I have come to this location and it has run out of food items in the early afternoon. I am very upset about this experience because not only did I receive poor service but my time for lunch was also wasted in this establishment. Don’t ever go to this location!!!!!

Standard Chipotle food here–it tastes fine, IF you can get it. Here’s the thing with this Chipotle store: before you order, check their stock. We showed up at 6pm. They said that chicken would be a 12 minute wait, so we decided to order other meat. However, they did not tell us that they also had no veggies except for corn, and that they were at the absolute bottom of all of their other fillings (meat, tofu, rice) except for cheese. They charged the same price for what we ordered, despite the fact that they had no toppings and were a lot skimpier than usual. They also failed to cook our cheese quesadilla all the way through (the cheese wasn’t melted), and when we asked for it to be fixed, they put it back into their microwave and then handed us a melted mess. A disappointing experience for sure, and next time on our road trip, we’ll probably hit the food trucks that are five minutes down the road.

This place is terrible. We ordered early and they were out of white rice and lettuce. Food came and they were very skimpy with the items. We ordered 3 bowls and a burrito. Got 4 bowls instead. One of them the bowl wasn’t even half full. They gave us maybe a teaspoon of corn. It was like they didn’t want to cook so they were trying to stretch the last bit of few to last a couple hours. The last time we ordered 2 months ago the food was so salty we couldn’t even eat it. Everytime they’re out of an item. Don’t bother going to this place.

Had delivery. Not the best experience. Some forgotten items. Ones that really kind of spoiled the meal. I guess more importantly I found a pretty good sized piece of plastic packaging in my burrito bowl while I was eating it. I spent or wasted some time trying to speak to and speaking to a customer service rep who’s offer to appease me was insulting and insufficient. I expressed my opinion of that offer colorfully told them what they might do with it and bailed out. Chipotle no mas !

Well this was my first time eating in this place .it was ok until I got my food and went to sit down !wow it wasn’t clean at all !I am disappointed because this restaurant just opened in Stratford and I expected more!I had a chicken fajita and a beef bowl with soda and it was ok. the staff was chatting between themselves .when it is slow they need to wipe down and clean especially because of covid and other viruses going around ! I would order there again but not sit in I would take it home to eat!they must do better!!!

This place has gone down hill so much in the last 2 years. The employees just literally don’t care. They will stop making fresh food 2 hours before close and disappear. That is why so many take out orders are missing most of food they ordered. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Honestly dont come here unless you absolutely have to. by far the worst chipotle ive ever been to. they measure the protein by half spoon fulls or measure it using one of the cups you use to get salsa on the side. employees arnt curtious place is always dirty. like dude you dont get paid based on how much meat you give the customer. im paying 16 dollars for a bowl of rice and meat i want rice AND meat not just a bowl full of rice. i RARELY ever go to this one. go to the one in stratford across from the popeyes. that chipotle is leagues above this one. like seriously these employees act like an extra scoop of chicken is gonna deduct money from their paycheck. 5 scoops of rice with a half spoon of chicken. disgraceful. they should close this one down
