I can’t believe I spent $15 here the service was terrible I asked the cashier to tell the guy who was making my bowl not a lot of rice she looked directly at me heard what I said look towards him and did not relay what I was saying they were out of majority of the items that should be at the serving station so the boy had to go to the station where they make Uber eats orders to complete my order. I have a entire bowl of rice a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of steak I also added a small drink when I got my cup to fill at the station of drinks there was nothing in the lemonade containers lazy is a understatement unorganized is a compliment. This isn’t the first time here and both times it’s the same outcome . Please hire experienced old people to attend to these young. Very displeased won’t be returning

Y’all don’t get even a star for this one. Y’all just better count y’all days . How the hell I order a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, corn , and cheese when i get the food and im eating half way I realize these dudes never added steak. Which makes it worst is that I ordered it online through their website for pickup at 930 and they close around 10 if im correct . So now im eating a steak bowl with no steak in, they never even substituted or suggested another meal they just didn’t add the steak . And y’all stingy on giving customers meat in they food anyway! I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken, a burrito with extra chicken and a large queso dip and nachos. BUT what I received was a rice bowl with rice and lettuce and nothing else, a burrito with a few pieces of chicken and they completely forgot the large queso and chips. Real A team working here. This costs me $62. It’s 9:27 so my husband and I don’t even have dinner to eat.

Went to pick up an online order & they were extremely busy but had a ton of employees working both front & back end. Pickup order was 10 min late, employee was rude, chicken taco had no chicken in it at all, double chicken order was just single, chips were VERY stale, & all of the (4 other) hard tacos were inedibly stale as well. I was polite & said nothing but my name & later, thanks – so it wasn’t me…but, Def not going back to this one

They all greeted me with a smile. The establishment is very clean and smells so delicious when you walk in. The seating was perfect with a view of busybodies coming and going across the lot. The enormous burrito was very delicious and it hit the spot for my lunch time appetite.

That was genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever had. I’ve literally never written a review before in my life but oh my god. Some guy in front of me didn’t want to finish the burrito since there was no chicken, so he left. The guy started to take my order and got mad that I didn’t want the burrito the guy in front of me didn’t finish making lol. It was so disgusting in there and everyone in the building had an attitude. I paid for chips, and then the guy at the counter got mad when i wanted the chips i paid for. grow up <3

Don’t order from this location, they’re rude and never have anything in store. When ordering delivery they never get it right or purposely omit things. Ordering in person they’re rude and location is always messy with food everywhere, not at all clean.

Burritos are good, but they are always out of stuff. I’ve lost count of how many times they don’t have the chips & queso I ordered. And one time last month, they were out of 3 or 4 ingredients for my burrito, so I told them to just refund it, and they never did. And it’s not as if I go right before closing time; usually it’s about 1.5 to 2 hours before close.

This chipotle is honestly disgusting. I feel bad for the people that work here. It’s constantly understaffed, constantly out of items, and FILTHY. there’s always food on the floor, filthy utensils. Today I came in and the AC was off. They should’ve closed the store because I can GUARANTEE there was sweat droplets in peoples food. I felt horrible for the workers. This is disgusting and this place should be closed. I don’t even feel comfortable eating my food.
