I’ve been here a few times and I’m usually not overly impressed. However you look at it, it’s still fast food They do better than most fast food places. I would much rather eat at Chipotle than Taco Bell. This location has a drive-through which makes it convenient. It was clean inside when I went to pick up my order. The staff is always friendly. I ordered a Guajillo steak bowl. The steak was very flavorful, just wish there was a little more steak included. The portion of food was a lot more than I was expecting overall. Sadly, it was cold when I picked it up. You can see in one of the photos the cheese never melted. I usually have some small issue with my order when I go here. That is the reason I rarely come in.

We stopped at this Chipotle location yesterday, on our way home. Originally I was going to leave a very positive review based on the friendly service we received. However, later on and many miles away, I noticed something. Both my friend and I got bowls and noticing on the menu that guacamole was almost 3 dollars extra, I decided not to get it, because my friend was paying for the meal. I am not a regular chipotle customer and didn’t immediately give a thought to the letters that were written in marker on the lid of my bowl. But thinking about it later, it is obvious that the G was for guacamole which I did not get, but my friend paid for anyway. I’m sure this was not intentional but unfortunate nonetheless. It would have been nice to have clean tables available as well.

The only way an adult can get a quesadilla is by ordering online? They refused to make me one in the restaurant. Why do you care who eats it?!? I am a plain eater, and that is what I like and want. The restaurant by my office makes me one all the time. Since that is the only thing I really like from there, myself and my family will choose another place to spend our money.

I’ve been to other locations before but was hesitant to go to this one due to the reviews after it first opened. I finally tried it a few days ago and I had no issues with my online order! I saw a lot of reviews mentioning the small portions but I think they’ve fixed that issue considering the fact that this was the heftiest bowl I’ve ever had (I mean that in the best way possible) It was delicious, my online order was ready at the time I selected, and I will definitely be going back!

Whoever the tall blonde guy who was working around 715pm on Thursday 26,2023 was the best worker I’ve ever come across. Super friendly, funny, didn’t seem like he hated every second there. Gave me extra rice when I asked for it. I felt like I actually got my money’s worth this time. Please give him a raise!

Pretty good food here, not a ton of variety but the bowls are pretty good. A little advice, if you ask for the hot salsa expect it to be pretty spicy. If you don’t handle a lot of spice well then it’s a good idea to get it on the side. I have seen a couple people throw out their lunches because it was just too much for them.

My wife and I have been customers of this Chipotle of New Milford for 4 years and tonight decided not to be customers of THIS establishment EVER again. Usually it’s a pleasant experience but tonight I go in and order a “Carna Sada BOWL” which goes fine then ask for a “Carna Sada Quesadilla” and am told; “We can’t do that unless you order it through the App!” After asking several times and asking”Why?” The manager comes over and with a frown say’s; “I’ll get that for you, just so you know if this staff doesn’t stick to the rules, they will be fired! “. After I get what I asked for I say to the manager; ” You know a smile goes a long way ” she quickly replied; ” When you Don’t treat us with respect you don’t deserve a smile!*”

My wife and I have given this location a few tries but tonight’s visit was the most atrocious. As she has worked at Chipotle before she knows how thing should be. Ingredients aren’t cut small enough, lots of contamination on the line, chips are always stale, workers are lazy. We tried today because I really do like chipotle, but in her bowl there was 3 pieces of cut up glove, which I will be posting a picture of. Who wants to pay almost 12$ for gloves in their food? And when she asked to speak the manager discreetly and considerately to not disrupt the huge line of customers, the worker said he would have her come to our table. She never came, but continued to stare our way. This place is a disgrace. Do not go to this location.

Ok Chipotle I wanted to wait before writing this one so I decided to give yall another shot. Should have just washed my hands of it the first time!!… When I went there I got a bowl and the sofrito was super salty and they whole meal left my stomach unsettled. This time I decided to order a burrito I chalked up the first gaff to inexperience and the fact this location had recently opened. But it’s been well over a month and this is just inexcusable. If you’re not going to offer bags for take out orders like burritos or bowls at least have ppl ln the line who can properly wrap them!! Its a pandemic and this is how my burrito looks a minute after putting it down on my car seat??? I didn’t even bother showin the interior shot as it was a effin mess. Not that it mattered much my tortilla was useless now anyways so it just made unwrapping it easier. This is a joke for $9
