Recently ordered to-go steak bowl with rice and beans. Got home, well the steak was cut so very small and not much quantity. Previous visits to other Chipotle locations, the steak was larger pieces and more quantity with my order. Seems like you guys are stealing from your customers. I see what you are doing now. When I go to McDonald’s for a burger, well I receive a burger like I ordered. There is a reason McDonald’s is the leader in the restaurant business. Will never return to any Chipotle. Very tired of these games.

I ordered on the app so that I can pick up lunch on my work break quick and easy. First off when I went to go pick up my order the worker at the window was super rude. She didn’t have any kind of manners and basically threw my bag of food at me. Secondly, I got the complete wrong order which was quite upsetting, if the location was out of a certain item, called to let me know and make adjustments… I would have been alright with that. That was not the case. As someone that works in customer service I was hoping for a little more kindness as I was looking forward to my meal. I have never had a problem with this location in the past but this instance really turned me away from coming back. I was able to get a redemption for one free entre on the app, but that does not make up for the fact that I received poor service and the wrong order.

This place deserves a zero star! Short line but took extremely long to get my food. One employee doing practically everything. The food was disgusting. By far the worst Chipotle I ever had. Paid extra for guacamole that was also nasty (save your money). They didn’t even have salt n pepper. Wish I returned the food to get my money back. Never returning to this place.

This is the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I love Chipotle and I know that sometimes they vary but this meal was inedible. First of all, the place was dirty. They were out of Guac and white rice and they gave bottom of the barrel. The lettuce was swimming in water and when we got the food, we couldn’t eat it because the bottom of the barrel meat was gross. The place was dirty and not kept well.

Absolutely horrible! I’ve ordered from here 2-3x and im not big on guacamole so I had to look up how you know it’s gone bad and sure enough my fiancé was right…It had a brown puddle under it which means it has gone bad….if I could give less stars I would…I recommend you stay away from this place!!! It’s going to get another person sick!

Don’t eat here, food poisoning had me thinking I might die. This place should be shut down. with the amount of horrible reviews you’d think this place would have changed by now. Pinto beans looked like they were refried cuz they were left out for so long. The barbacoa was crusty and tasted off. Place is dirty and I should’ve realized a chipotle with no customers must’ve meant something was off. I usually love chipotle but now I don’t think I’ll ever eat at another because of how sick I got off of this location

Terrible and disgusting! I almost elected to do the mobile order and pick up but at the last minute decided to go in to see the state of the food and I am so glad I did! Absolutely disgusting and dirty. The hot food line was covered in old food as if they hadn’t wiped anything down since they opened. All of the ingredients were almost completely empty do what was left looked burnt and dried out. Some dude was scraping God knows what from the flattop grill. The irony was there was probably 8 or so employees and yet the place was a mess. Turned around and walked right out. I will never go here again.
