Had an outrageous experience here this evening. I ordered food for pickup, got it, went all the way home and found the chips were missing. I decided to drive all the way back to get the chips. The “manager” said that they were out of chips before and were sending out orders without the chips and NOT EVEN removing the item from the order KNOWING we would still be charged for the missing item. She had zero empathy or compassion whatsoever. They included no notes to explain the situation or no advice on refunding the item. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I will never, ever eat Chipotle again after they decided that it was acceptable to literally rob their customers. Disgusting.

Rude employees, charged me full price for a half-filled cup of queso, charged me for a drink that they knew was out of stock and didn’t refund me so I had to get a different drink than the one I wanted and paid for. Also incredibly slow and more expensive than other Chipotle locations in Fairfield county. It’s worth the trip to the Darien Post Road or I-95 North rest area locations, where you will actually receive the full amount of what you paid for with pleasant and considerate service instead of a scowl.

Every time I order from this location, there is something either missing or incorrect with the order. This evening, the queso was missing from the order and the steak burrito we ordered had absolutely no meat at all. With two other Mexican places less than a quarter mile from this location, we will not be returning.

This is the worst run chipotle I’ve ever been too. A woman today began to help me after she placed the bowl down she just walked away and said literally nothing. Another man helped me (who was actually very nice and apologized for her). At the end of the line he tells the same woman who walked away from me that I wanted a regular bag of chips as she was now near the register. She was packing bags of chips and didn’t even turn around when he said it (it was said loud enough). She proceeds to continue packing bags of chips not even once turning around to let me know she’ll be right with me. I had to ask her after 5 minutes of waiting for her to check me out. Both times I’ve gone here has been a bad experience.

To begin, I placed an order online at 2:35. I’m 4 months pregnant, have a 1.5 year old and my husband just has severe back surgery. No naturally I thought the delivery optioned offered online would be fitting considering my families circumstances. My order was expected to arrive at 3:08, approximately 40 minutes from time of order. When the order status remained on “awaiting pick up” for 20 minutes I thought to contact the driver, to which they ignored numerous phone calls as well as text messages regarding the order. Frustrated, and hungry I drove to the chipotle location. Ironically walking in at the same time as the delivery driver over an hour after original order time. She left, feeling it was fitting that her job was done. And happily accepting the tip I paid.

Upon entering at the ordering station, the lady already had a bad mood. They only had brown rice and no white rice!!! When I asked her if they had white rice , employee made a face and said we don’t have!!! Chipotle if you want to charge customers full price for your bowls, then have all the options available. On to the condiments line.. the employee was there just to be there and no interest on helping anyone. The girl at the check out had no clue what she was doing.. when asked, if she can give me 2 taco shells. She wanted to charge me for em, but not many people know that taco shell are suppose to be free with every bowl order. I feel chipotle quality and service is going down the drain every day and in every location. Rather visit moe’s or qdoba, so that you can get best food for you money!!

I went to chipotle in GW and they ran out of white rice 2 and a half hours before closing and weren’t making more. So we came to the high ridge location instead and they were also out but they were nice enough to make fresh white rice for me/ other customers and were really nice, and caring for there customers. Was definitely worth taking the drive. Also very clean and gave good portions of food compared to other locations ive been too! Customer service 5 out of 5

They short changed me on my order. We ordered online. I came in (had to wait even though I was on time) and they didn’t give me my full order. Shame on me for not going through every item in the bag but I naively thought I could trust this company. Guess what, I learned. I can’t wait until sierra grill comes back!!!
