Absolutely horrible experience. Guy would not add more chicken and piled all of the cheese and lettuce on a single taco! You gotta be kidding me! I even asked him to add more cheese and he PILED MORE!! What do you even call this, Chipotle – the Cheapo Supreme?! I asked him to add more and he refused, saying it would be consider “double chicken” and I’d be charged more. If this is the portion size for chicken I will be taking my business elsewhere.. I have never had this kind of experience at a chipotle in my life!! Please review the images I’ve left below and tell me if I’m crazy.

Gosh I used to dread going to a fast food spot before Chipotle! But my pleasant experience at Chipotle changed all that – making this place my go-to fast food spot! The range of delicious burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, salads and more really hits the spot. Plus, the ingredients are always fresh and the staff are friendly and accommodating! A proper five star experience that deserves a round of applause!

The minute I walked in I was greeted with a “welcome to chipotle” by a young Hispanic woman wearing a collar. The team there was also very kind, another young Hispanic male with a beard made sure he got every item accurately.

The picture I have attached below says the least about this establishment. It is absolutely FILTHY and unorganized. Counters and work stations are filled with food. The amount of cross-contamination that occurs is a risk for people with food allergies. Workers are friendly, but were eating in the work station, did not wash their hands after touching money and credit cards, and were loud and obnoxious towards closing time. I know for a fact that this place would never pass a health inspection. Please be careful when eating here.

The last 3 times I have been there they have not had chicken and or rice and peppers and onions. That’s kind of their big ingredients Why would they not tell you that before you stand in line for 15 minutes. Can’t blame the kids working. That’s bad management!!!

Item portion size was half of what we normally get. All orders were missing multiple items like sour cream, fajita veggies even though these were specifically selected on the order. There was barely any sofritas / chicken / steak in the burrito bowls. Very very disappointing because no one even answered the phone when we tried to call the store to discuss this with them within 10 mins of order delivery around 7.45pm and well before store closing time. Feels like a total rip off.

The food in the trays looked like it was sitting out all day. When we got home (10 min drive) the food was cold. After eating the food I did not feel well. I’ve been to other Chipotle’s before and it is always good. This visit was to the Caldwell, NJ store. Not going back to that place again.
