Ordered Extra Rice as Sides (rice only order), after I placed 2 adult’s bowl order. Simply because my kids just wants to eat rice. After I went to the table, I looked at the side or rice I ordered. I was shocked, even somebody’s cat and dog eats more than what the counter lady gave me.

This place is horrible! Do not use Uber eats it grub hub or anything for that matter. First of all, they rip you off. They don’t answer the phone so you can try and resolve the issue.. I Uber eats two burritos both made with extra chicken. They basically got a free almost $5 for the order since they never gave me my extra chicken.. for both burritos… so that’s $10 for free. they skimped me and ripped me off. Now I’m complaining to Uber eats and disputing the charge on my card.. unbelievable! I usually go in person to get my burrito.. but I am 24 weeks pregnant at home with a terrible cold.. so I used ubereats.. worst mistake of my life.. super expensive and they also got $10 for free by not adding extra chicken.. if I paid for it.. I should get it… horrible… the burrito is super small… when I go there, it is filled and big. They don’t care about your online order..

The server Spanish guy with glasses at 423 pm 12/30 took my order I asked for 2kids meals he was so busy talking that he gave me an adult meal when I asked about it then he paid attention if it wasn’t that this is the second time they get my order wrong because of talking and not paying attention I would not have said anything and since I know people get funny with food when you complain I just asked to be reimbursed.

THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM. Highly don’t recommend if you are ordering through under eats or grub hubs. They absolutely DO NOT CARE what gets picked up for delivery. I always order brown rice, black beans, cheese, chicken, sour cream and a tortilla on the side. I ORDERED TWICE today because my first order got delivered completely wrong then the second came with just rice and steak. Then they put horrible sized portions into the bowl. Clearly staff doesn’t care and the fact that management is letting this happen is terrible. I don’t know who is running this place but it needs a new supervisor. Then they make it impossible to get a refund. Horrible service definitely will not be ordering from here again .

I ordered a bowl with steak and the server put very little steak. I politely asked if I could get more because it was very little steak and she said it would be extra charge. I understand if people ask for more there’s a fee but I do not eat much and I thought it was very little portion of steak. She was in a rush the whole time which I understand she’s trying to get everyone’s order done yet my order came out nothing like I wanted. Very disappointed and won’t be going back to this location!

Ordered on doordash and got completely and utterly disrespected. I paid $25 for a bowl with extra chicken only to get what is AT BEST a half portion of chicken. The bowl barely had any cheese or rice as well. Quite frankly this was my last straw as my life has been on a constantly downward spiral. I was hoping a decent sized bowl would be enough to get me back on the right track and be the first step into personal happiness, but I guess I don’t deserve that. I will be killing myself on 6/23/23 seeing as I cannot even get a decent meal anymore. Goodbye world and I truly hope the entire staff is fired.

Don’t order the side of chips here, it’s a total rip-off. The side order of chips is supposed to be 4oz (the large is supposed to be 8oz). The chips I got, after asking them to fix it 3 times, was 3.5 oz INCLUDING THE BAG! There were about ten chips total in the bag. When I asked someone to fix it, the worker just said, “this is how the chips come.”

Ordered a salad and the young lady at the register charged me for vinaigrette. I’ve been coming to chipotle for years and I’ve never been charged for vinaigrette when ordering a salad except for this location. Should not have happened. It’s a salad! A salad needs dressing.

Again, do not come here. The workers play all day then mess up your orders. The do not even know how to roll a burrito. But what was most annoying to me today is that they charge you about 4$ is you ask for a little more cheese. I don’t understand are the counting cheese shreds to know when you should charge for extra ?????????????????like how do you know you have me the “standard” amount of cheese ? The owner of this franchise is money hungry. And an added bonus is that they’re always dirty . This location is becoming the worst.
