I go to this chipotle all the time. Today I wanted to do half/half and usually pay about $12 for a bowl. The server didn’t even put in a FULL spoonful of one of the meats and then when I asked for more tried to charge me extra. There were like 3-5 pieces of chicken in the bowl and he wanted to say it was already “half/half”. Like I said before I have gotten this bowl all the time and it always had more meat. Then they tried to charge me $22 for the bowl. I won’t be coming back.

We ordered 5 burritos. Not one was as ordered. No labels were on outside of items so we had to unwrap each burrito to find out what was inside. Because none were correct, it was an impossible and gross task as we all touched each other’s food. This location cannot seem to handle online orders at all. This isn’t the first time.

The food at chipotle is always good! The real question is whether the employees working that day will make your food correctly. There have been a few occasions where I had to return to the restaurant and have my food remade cuz there were ingredients put on my food that I am allergic to and didn’t ask for. But props to chipotle cuz they will remake it every time till they get it right.

I love Chipotle but have repeatedly been disappointed in the tacos put together. Often there is barely any meat, tons of lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese, so basically I’ve paid for a taco shell. At this point doing pick up isn’t an option anymore because I’ll need to go inside and make sure these are proper made tacos. This is the last thing I want to do during the pandemic but this is just sad and disappointing.

Customer service terrible I ordered a burrito. And ask them to please drain juice what is the rush if I’m spending my money should I be able to get my meal the way I want they put so much juice that my burrito was soak and wet falling apart the recipe was so wet disgusting the workers at the front seem like they have attitude not all, some act like they mad no smiles this has happen a few times not going there any more. I should’ve known better as this wasn’t my first bad experience with this location. I ordered a quesadilla to be delivered and this is what I received. I had to go back and see how they would rectify the problem. I was given a “new” quesadilla. I appreciate the “effort” made into fixing the problem, but the attitude was a bit much. I ended up not eating what I got, the chips were stale and the guac was oxidized as it was the last time I ordered. Such a shame.
