Placed an online order for 930pm. I understand it is around closing hour, but there is literally one person make all the orders. It was not the persons fault, but the fact there is only one employee working making multiple orders at once is not right. I always have this issue whenever i come to this specific chipotle. While chipotle usually is consistent, we all know there are some locations that are just not as good as some others. My family and I have been hoping it’s just a coincidence but sadly this chipotle has been consistently disappointing when it comes to quantity of meat and quality of fajita veggies (frequently undercooked and sliced very thick so you might as well be eating bell pepper raw). They also are often out of stock.

Two-star review due to some kind, thoughtful managers. As a celiac, I appreciate Chipotle for their truly gluten-free options without cross-contamination. But the staff’s indifference, sometimes rudeness at this Chipotle, leads to sickness after every visit, undermining their allergen-friendly approach. Today, I didn’t even mention celiac, just said I have a food allergy and was laughed at . Sadly, returning isn’t an option. This leaves no local fast food places for me – it’s that bad.
