Walked inside the store at 8:20pm, store closes at 10pm, was told I can only order food on the app or online rather than in person. They were already cleaning the grills and food trays even though they are open for another hour and a half! So then, I had to order my food online and wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to be ready, only to get the order home and see it was a burrito and not a burrito bowl. Also, I got double steak and I’d really like to think that wasn’t double meat because it was barely any meat. I have no words for this location other than I won’t ever be going back, and will recommend to everyone to go to Bubbakoos down the street instead of this establishment. Would give 0 stars if I could

It’s Chipotle- take it or leave it. I’ll take it. Staff was friendly and the place looked clean and well run. Fun fact they only make quesadillas as an online exclusive now. Odd but understandable due to the crowd sizes.

Used to love this place, but wow has it changed. Now that I’m leaving a review, I see many others feel the same way. Just ordered burritos through the app and after picking them up they are so obnoxiously small I couldn’t believe it. Called the manager Dan (who worked for the company 9 years) and his explanation was in the past few months they started enforcing portion sizes. I asked if he was doing it wrong for the last 8 years and 9 months but he didn’t have an answer. So if you want a burrito from here, I recommend ordering a taco, it’ll probably be bigger.

Genuinely awful experiences time and time again and I’m finally out of chances to give them. They regularly forget parts of the order, the food is either under or over seasoned, cold, or stale. Today, they filled an order literally titled “tacos” and with what bread specified, and dumped all the ingredients in a bowl. This place is trash with zero quality control and the owner should be ashamed. Choose literally any other branch and you’ll have a better time, I’m absolutely sure of it. The regularity with which they exclude parts of your order should be considered theft.

Honestly I gotta say this is one of the better chipotles in the area! It’s been a solid year since I last tried chipotle in general since my closest one is freehold and it was always terrible. Came in at 9:15 on 4/25/23 and the chicken was proper no sketchy bites rice was cooked well and the bowl was filled. 5/5

Place is a mess. Food on the floor food on the tables and food on the line. The workers throw the food around and do not clean up after completing someone’s order so the next person‘s order gets dragged through a bunch of rice, cheese sour cream salsa that is left on the counter. The soda station has food all over it. They are out of forks. I asked 2 of the workers to clean off a table and both said “uhhh idk” meanwhile no one was in line waiting to order. Multiple people told them they are out of forks and they did not refill them. This has been a recurring experience here at this location. Very sloppy, it looks like there was a food fight.

Was recommended by a friend to go to this chipotle because the other ones would ration portions of anything you wanted to add onto burrito or bowl. At first it was fine but this store is starting to be like the others as well. I literally order the same thing each time nothing new nothing extra but the burrito seems to be getting smaller each time and this was the smallest it’s ever been. If I’m going be charged almost $10 each time I would hope it looks the same each time.

I’ve been going here for years because their food portions were great. Now they’re becoming like the other stores. I get charged $14 for a bowl and hardly get any food. The portions need to be greater. If it keeps happening I will stop returning.

Every time I come to this chipotle my bowl, is a bowl, when I get a bowl from chipotle I want there to be weight to my bowl because tend to get extra ingredients in my bowl, every single time they get it right, I won’t go anywhere else. Keep it up. 🙂
