Sorry but the workers and the manger are pretty rude and super mean I really don’t understand why they ran out of sour cream didn’t tell me. I didn’t want my bowl any more just because they didn’t have sour cream but at the online ordering side they had sour cream I asked for some of that the manager said she couldn’t like girl you rather waste food then give me a little sour cream that tells you a lot about this place manger is very rude. It was one nice worker here I can say that she had blonde hair with a pony tail.

I am a regular Chipotle customer, and usually love it, but I left this location incredibly disappointed. They were out of several items. Then made no attempt to even pretend to get them or that they were even working on them. Smallest portions I have ever gotten. My partner joked that I had a “mini-burrito.” Chicken was less than fresh. Everything was cold. This was not an off-time either. Honestly, two stars is probably being generous. Will not be coming back to this location.

Disappointed in this location. Ordered online and they gave me the completely wrong order. Thankfully I checked before I left and got the correct items. Then went to the soda machine and everything was flat. Asked for a bottle instead since they were busy and was told by the manager that the machine was down since morning and he couldn’t do that and my only option was lemonade. Glad I paid for something I didn’t want. They didn’t have lids, straws, spoons, or knives either. Chips stale. Just overall really disappointed in this location and won’t be back. Hoping this reaches the owner of the franchise so they can take a look at what’s going wrong here.

Good location. Busy during lunch, waited about 10 minutes to be served. Portion wise, I’m not complaining. Trick is to always ask for another scoop after their first handful, for each ingredient you want. I’ll be back.

Says they open at 1045. At 1050 I’m told they don’t serve food for 10 more minutes. Didn’t really work for my early lunch break. That’s fine, but please update the hours if you don’t actually open until 11.

This is a horrible Chipotle. We go out of our way (different town) to order Chipotle even though we reside in Basking Ridge. The portions are small, the lettuce is wilted, and overall it’s just a BADLY run eatery. Please improve it or SHUT IT DOWN

Worst chipotle I have ever been. On multiple occasions they stuff were unpleasant ( throwing my order to me over the counter) and today I’m waiting to order just for the guy behind the counter to tell me you can’t order it here but online only. I worked in restaurant business 10 years never heard for such a thing. Never coming back.

My mom and I were passing through and stopped around 9:15pm (they close at 10), they did not have several food items claiming they were getting things ready for close. When asked, they denied being able to make it. Also, one of the employees was spraying cleaner right next to our food bowls being made. When I made them aware that I was uncomfortable with the service, the lady and man behind the counter both smirked at me as a response.
