This Chipotle location was ok, and here is why. One out of the three staff members serving the food was very nice while the other two appeared pretty gloomy working there. One thing that I don’t like seeing, that I saw at this location, is onions and corn that have fallen inside the sour cream. As someone who only get the cheese and sour cream on the chicken burrito this is not good when it gets into my burrito. We ordered the burritos and they were good. However when we went to get lemonade there was none and even the ice was empty. A staff member, who seemed to be taking a break, noticed and immediately loaded the ice in the machine. Not sure if they were able to resolve the lemonade. Overall an OK experience.

The customer service is horrible, never been in a place where the entire staff is rude. Never know if they take cash or credit, no signs located telling you if credit machine down. Tell you after you ordered your food. That store needs a good Manager, it’s depressing.

The portions are strangely small (half spoon fulls) and the service is terribly slow every time I go. They’re always out of some tray of food – fajita veggies or el pastor chicken are usually empty and they never refill.

Asked for the cold stuff on the side so the bowl would stay warm until i made it home. Didn’t realize that they were going to charge extra for that. Only $1.55 so not a big deal but definitely should have been communicated. The thing that really makes me made was that the mild salsa tastes rotten. Like half of the tomatoes in it are spoiled and mushy. So what a waste of $13. Plus on top of that the workers are so rude! I had a 2.5 year old on my hip the whole time and she was smiling and waving but no one even said hello back. I was also saying thank you as they made my bowl but got no responses and no smiles back. Definitely the worst chipotle i have ever been to. Never going back.
