The atmosphere was great, we almost decided to eat in, but it was after the kids bedtime so we ordered to take home. This one is fairly new and I live about 5 minutes from here. The food was pretty tasty but it was cold. I understand the 5 minutes trip from there to my house, but I’ve bought food from a greater distance and it was atleast warm enough to eat, and in some cases hot. I was a little disappointed to have to put it on the microwave which takes from the taste, but we’ll give it another shot, and if anything changes I’ll update this post.

Me and my daughter love chipotle but portion size is getting smaller day by day you increased the price At least keep the potion size before I used to eat one then I was full now I can eat two at the same time.. they didn’t even fully wrap the burrito .

Every time I eat at Chipotle on Tilton Road, there is always at least one empty food item. My last visit there were 3. They have exactly 20 bins of various food items to keep full or fresh. I find it hard to believe the 5 or 6 people milling around the kitchen area can’t keep up, especially when we were the only customers in the place at 6 pm. I ordered a meatless burrito…the black bean, white rice and peppers and onion containers were empty… My wife ordered a bowl, one drink, and a bag of chips. Along with my burrito, the total came to 34 dollars!!! I can only assume that premium price includes the entertainment factor of watching an employee hopelessly scrape the bottom of an empty container, hoping to find a couple of black beans

The food was good but the customer treatment was awful. The girl who served me did not greet us at the counter, she looked angry as if she hated her job. It was honestly uncomfortable. I also witnessed her give another customer an attitude for no reason. She seemed to purposely do everything slowly until another employee noticed and had to step in. The second employee who assisted my family with our order was fantastic.

My wife and I had a horrible experience at this location, mind you we really like Chipotle. This was our third time here, and every time the workers (with the exception of a few) look miserable and have an attitude. It seems the portions at this location are smaller than others. We were given stale chips, when I tried to exchange them, one of the workers says “all the chips are the same.” So, I told her I would take my chances with a new bag of chips, sure enough they were fresher. We gave this location a chance, they have lost us as customers. Chido Burrito here we come!

I think I am officially done with online ordering at this place. Currently I am 0 out of 4 in getting what I ordered. It’s either the wrong meat, or not double meat like I always order, or missing toppings, or toppings on there that I didn’t order. You would think that the blind squirrel would have gotten at least one order correct. These are not complicated orders. When correct, the food is good, so I’ll have to go and order in person from now on.

You can’t beat Chipotle. It’s just as the commercial says, everything is made fresh, and right in front of you. I never thought I would pay $16 for a Burrito, was packed, and they make it worth every bite. The service is very quick, and they are fast. I would recommend having a definite idea what you want before your turn You’ll be stuttering when it’s your turn. I know, because that’s what I did. Great place.

TERRIBLE!! i came in earlier and it was fine. we bought cups and we went to go fill up the cups and all the drinks are out of order. we wasted money on cups , my money i worked hard and good for us now down the drain. they could’ve atleast told me the sodas were out of order instead now i done wasted my money and now i’m thirsty with nothing to drink , highly pissed..
