The bowls were literally 1/2 the size of bowls in other locations and they left out one of the toppings. We also ordered chips and queso and chips and salsa and we got the queso and salsa but missing the 2 orders of chips. Hen I complained I was given a Guac and chips (never ordered guac) and a salsa and chips to use next time! Unacceptable. Never going there again!

Worst chipotle location ever! It’s dirty in the restaurant beyond anything I’ve ever seen. They give the smallest burrito portions… I ordered a $17 burrito that wasn’t even made with the correct ingredients and then refused to remake it or refund me. Go to bubbakoos instead! Better food, better portions & pricing, and better people!

They tend to mess up orders here but most recently I got a bag of chips with an absurd amount of salt in it. I was scraping salt off chips and at the bottom of the bag was an insane amount of salt. Their employees are clearly not using a recipe and just doing whatever they want. See photo.

My friend was eating her bowl she payed $15 for and found a piece of plastic in her bowl. When we realized we went up to the workers to tell them and see if they would at least give us a refund. Nope, they laughed in our face and said they could throw it out and make a new one. We felt embarrassed and disappointed to say the least. I understand they made not have been able to refund us but to laugh in our face and find it funny that there was plastic in our food is disgusting. Will not be returning.

Okay so the 30 min wait wasn’t bad until we got home and ate. My chicken was so fatty and the pico tasted old. My husbands entire bowl tasted old. Our side of chips and salsa were definitely from the morning. Andddddd we and now both puking and think we have food poisoning. First time ever here and the last. Idk why people like this place.
