Food on par as usual but the place is a total wreck. I swear they NEVER have clean tables here. Pretty gross. And the place is mostly empty, they have a bu ch of people standing behind the counter they can easily have someone clean the tables!

The tables could definitely need a cleaning. My mom and I both got bowls. The staff was very fast to take our order and the lady even offered a taste test when my mom wasn’t sure which meat to pick. Our portions were decent. The grilled chicken I got was a little burned, but overall food was good.

We had a work order of 11 bowls $266 worth of food. Maybe 3 bowls came back correct. I had to go back in store to fix all the incorrect items. Also to add the GENERAL MANAGER was the one who made the official bowls. After receiving our fixed bowls HAIR WAS IN THE SOUR CREAM. I appreciated the manager who did fix our meals but to have it be so botched on the first order, went in person to get the fixed orders to finding hair in our food was ridiculous. We weren’t refunded (because I did go in the fix what the GM did wrong) after finding the hair it was a COMPLETE TURN OFF. I had a video but I’ll post the picture. THIS ORDER WAS FROM THE DENTISTRY FOR CHILDREN IN TR. it’ll be great to get some form credit back for even dealing with this TWICE

This chipotle location is so awful. Placed an online order through the app and this is the second time they messed up my bowl within 2 weeks. I asked for steak with various toppings but instead got chicken with other toppings. I don’t get why it’s so hard for them to read off an order that prints or comes up on their screen and then place it in the correct customer’s bag. It doesn’t get any easier than that. If only they had competent people working there. So frustrating. The bowl I received went straight into the trash. What a waste. NEVER again will I order from this location.

First time there, finally. Got a salad with Chicken Al Pastor. This is a spicy chicken that definitely has a bite. It was really good and very filling. Also healthy. Will have to go back to try other things on the menu, but this chicken is definitely staying on my menu list.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. Definitely will never be returning to another chipotle in my life. I’ve had issues with chipotle over the years, have given them many chances after hearing all the rumors of salmonella and ecoli poisoning. Over the times I’ve ordered from here, usually always this location the chicken is sceevy and chewy. And the steak is even worse. Only went there today because I had a gift card and figured I would give another chance because I haven’t been there in so long and maybe things have improved. Decided to not go with either the chicken or the steak because of how gross they’ve been. So I figured I would try something new because how could it get any worse then the chicken and the steak. I was mistakenly wrong. What I found in my Barbacoa burrito will haunt me for the rest of my life. I tried calling this location and a recording proceeds to say nobody can speak to me over the phone when I try to say I would like to report an issue the computer operator tries to take my order. This mantra keeps going on which I believe is not a coincidence. There may be more of these pieces in my burrito, but I honestly don’t want to find out. The best part about my experience was when I had gotten up to the register to pay I couldn’t find the gift card in my wallet so $25 dollars for everything seen in picture and all is going in the garbage. Please proceed with caution especially when ordering from this specific location. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this who knows where this “meat” is coming from. Will definitely be sticking to Taco Bell or bubakoos. 1/8/23 about 4pm

I am appalled. I always have a good experience at this location but my recent visit had changed everything. The old man on the register was not only RUDE to me but also the staff around him. Which that alone is unprofessional and just morally wrong but when I saw him turn around and bag the chips I had ordered with his BARE HANDS that made me not want to come to this location anymore. Not only is that DISGUSTING but I’m sure it also violates several health codes. Get your act together and do better.

This chipotle is the worst chipotle in USA. They had some new kid training and i ordered bowl. He barely put anything in my bowl. I wanted to argue but bcoz of other people in line i took it as low caloroe diet food. Don’t go to this place if u r hungry and respect ur hard earned money.
