The pile of trash and the dirty tables (all of them, we couldn’t stay to eat) almost made me leave, but the line was short and my wife was craving chipotle. My wife ordered steak and I ordered the new spicy chicken. We both received the smallest amount of meat. My wife said she felt jipped. The food flavor was good, I appreciate the spiciness, but would have loved some chicken with my meal. A clean restaurant would have been nice too.

Scantily on the bowls. Esp the rice the last 2 times I went. My bowl this last time was very salty (but that’s just me). Over the last year or so I’ve gone…it hasn’t been a consistently good experience on the food. The service is fine though. Just not really desiring to go there anymore. I’ve tried it out again thinking it was because it’s a new location but I don’t want to gamble like this ever again. But if you like to gamble this might be the place for you.

I have ordered from this location a lot and the portion sizes are very inconsistent. The burrito I ordered was half the size as a normal one so I brought it back and was told that it is the correct size. I ordered another one in person and it was twice the size as the original one. They made me pay for both burritos.. I use to love chipotle but I will never be giving them business again. Too many times I have been shorted by this location and after speaking with the manager I am finally done with them there..

I come here quite often and every time I do come in my portioning sizes are very little, it gets to the point where I have to ask for extra chicken and pay extra for it too because of how little you get. Everyone that works seems like they dont like it, you try and start a conversation they quickly shut you down. Every time I walk in it seems like a manager has to always do my order. I don’t know if they have something against me but i don’t even feel safe here. Definitely the last time I come until i hear word that staff changed their attitude. Other local chipotles are definitely a go to then this location.

Looked like a miser runs this shop. My bowl was half in portion size, chicken on it were 4-5 small pieces (0.1 lbs), sour cream 1 tbsp, guacamole 1 tsp, mild sauce, 1 tbsp. They put plenty of rice in the bottom so the bowl looks good in size, but this is not the chipotle bowl i would like to eat. When asked, the staff asked for paying extra, like $4 for another 4-5 pieces of chicken. No wonder it was empty during peak dinner times, will not return back.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The portion sizes are way smaller than you would get at other ones. They were skimping me on the vegetables even, I asked for a little bit more corn and tomatoes and they charged a dollar extra. I’ve had very good experiences with Chipotle, but not this one.

I went there today around 12:40 PM. The young lady At the drive through was extremely rude …I said Thank you and she did not even say you’re welcome when I approached her About it, she said she was too busy and stressed out just because Your haven’t a bad day Does not give you the right to treat customers poorly.. I will not be going back to this place. Also I ordered steak a while ago. In my burrito bowl, and it was nothing but fat.

horrible experience, last time going there for sure. We ordered 2 bowls dine in. surprise was that the brown rice was not cooked at all, the chicken teste was different too I had to return it, another thing the dining area was dirty, especially the tables.
