If you order on the app be sure everything is correct bc u cannot cancel the order!! I had the worst experience trying to get someone @ Chipotle customer service to help me and I still hvnt received a refund! They nd to put a cancel and edit option in the app!

I generally like Chipotle but the New Brunswick location screws up my order constantly. Food is thrown together, wrong order, looks disgusting. It happens consistently. Chipotle app does not let you switch or pick stores to deliver. waiting on hold with customer service.. Never again. Also tried to call the store, no one answers

ordered for take out and food tasted like chipotle however i paid 14.99 for a lifestyle salad bowl and it was half way filled. they barely put any leafy greens which is the main component of a salad. also there was only 5-6 pieces of protein. you’re better ordering a burrito bowl and customizing that. also they did not package it well, as the bag came ripped dripping sauce all over the place.

The portions served are very small. I ordered a chicken burrito, and the employee was trying hard to put the least amount of rice and chicken in the burrito. It’s pathetic.

The kids working there will hook up their friends with bulging bowls/burritos and it’s incredibly upsetting when you’re up next and your bowl is a quarter of the previous customer’s.
