This specific Chipotle is by far the worst I’ve experienced. As someone who goes at least once a week, this location on 1st is ALWAYS out of everything, the food is constantly cold, and the service is not great. Please tell me how the same Chipotle is ALWAYS out of vinaigrette, salsa, AND CHEESE!!!! Emphasis on always. I’ve never seen this place fully stocked. My chicken is cold, rice is crunchy, and you can’t get a bag of chips ever! If you’re coming here after 5 pm any day of the week… GOOD LUCK.

Before I leave my review i want to say that I have my food handlers certificate. This place is close by, so sometimes I stop here. staff is cool usually have no issues. This past Sat (4/18) my last meal of the day was Chipotle. Sunday and Monday I had food poisoning. I had it once before years ago. Really disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

The young lady serving was the food was rude and unprofessional. I order a kid quesadilla she argued about their being only 2 sides and told I wasn’t getting anything else. I don’t know what possessed her to think I couldn’t buy a side order if I wanted one. I been to other locations and had a pleasant experience won’t be returning to this one.

I must recount my woeful tale. An infernal experience awaited at this wretched establishment! My food got cold, as the hapless cashier dawdled behind the counter, neglecting to deliver my sustenance. Chaos reigned, a pitiful display of ineptitude, with staff devoid of service and ingredients scarce. Avoid this culinary calamity!

Every time I come here they are out of items, and that’s at 7-8pm, so not even late enough to justify it. Seems like they stop making chips or refilling things so closing is easier but it’s VERY annoying. Also right now they are very strangely doing online ordering only which is also quite inconvenient. Also they keep the store at about 40°, can’t sit inside without a jacket. Boo

Stay away from this location unless you want a dose of food poisoning. The whole food prep operation was super disorganized and unsanitary. I ordered for pickup via Grubhub. The employee placed togo orders in the back without bothering to distribute it to people waiting for their mobile orders (delivery drivers included). We were all waiting for 10+ minutes while the ready food was sitting in the back. I was also given chicken for my steak bowl, without salsa. Didn’t think it was possible to mess up this much…
