Everyone is so rude at this Chipotle. I just got a burrito and they literally dumped guacamole and sour cream (even though I asked for only a little). Then proceeded to so a terrible job wrapping it. It’s soggy and completely falling apart.

Workers played it off like they didn’t know English to avoid being asked questions. They filled my bowl before I even asked for anything and then gave me attitude when I said “I never said I wanted tomato’s. Can you please take it out”. The worst chipotle in NYC hands down. Tot op it off they keep yelling to each other about absolutely nothing while they take orders from customers and more then half the orders are wrong just from sitting and watching for 10mins. There’s kore people dissatisfied then satisfied leaving this chipotle.

Advice to you all, don’t order for pick up and if you do check your food before leaving the store. They charge an arm and a leg for double protein but they don’t actually give you double. It’s ridiculous how chipotle trains their employees to rip people off on the servings. There will be certain locations that are actually generous with the servings but good luck finding them.

The staff was more busy yelling at each other rather than paying attention and listening to the clients’ orders. As for the food, I won’t go back here again. The cilantro rice and beans were bland. Also, they skimped on everything. I’ll just go back to the chipotle outlets in midtown where they’re more generous with their portions.

This place it’s terrible very rude when I asked gently to move the carnitas with the juice of the bottom she gave me attitude did not want to help me , it’s obvious that if they do not move the carnitas , food it’s gonna get cold at the top , plus the cashier did not want to give me a cup of water and gave me a big cup with a terrible attitude, this place it’s a joke with this employers and poor management

I work in the area and they move pretty quickly but the way they portion the food is ridiculous you would think it comes out of their pay checks. I’ve been to many chipotles across the country and from time to time you do get a skimpy bowl but this place is very consistent on skimping you out
