This is by far the WORST chipotle I have been to, not only is this place not kept clean but the workers are a poor excuse and a poor representation for chipotle. I went to get ONE chicken taco and was OVERCHARGED for chicken to be added to my taco. The man put 2 pieces of chicken and said “this is the serving size for tacos” which is not true. I then asked calmly to add more chicken but was told I had to pay EXTRA for chicken. I kid you not they added 6 pieces of chicken and charged me 4 extra dollars, I ended up paying $8 dollars for a regular skimpy $3.97 taco. The manager told CARLA who works at the register to make sure that she charges me extra for FOOD THAT SHOULDVE BEEN ADDED FROM THE BEGINNING!! I am sick of chipotle workers forcing customers to pay for a regular serving of food and I will not be returning. I have filed a report with chipotle customer service and my case is currently pending. 0/5!! I’ve added photos to PROVE how skimp my taco was and how they overcharged me.

We had dinner and wanted to use the restroom at 8:15 pm, we asked the manager for the restroom passcode, she refused to give it to me and told that it was closed though the store hours are till 10pm. The manager was rude and yelling. Even she told us that there are specific hours for the restroom use and the hours are closed. They don’t care about the customers. Moreover, two of the associates used the restroom so basically it is for associates rather than customers.

It was my first visit in the New York City, I basically came from Vancouver, Canada. I went to grab dinner with my family, the customer service was not so good. The manager refused to use the restroom during the store hours. Instead, she was rude and yelling. The two associates did use it but refused to all customers. This was totally unexpected service.

Literally the skimpiest portioning I’ve ever been to at a chipotle. I ordered online to try the new Garlic Guajillo Steak and this little itty bitty bowl is what I get… steak was cold and kinda dry btw. Also priced way too much. Not worth it at all. The chips felt stale…

Restaurant closes at 10pm but dining room was shut down at 8:30.. when I asked why they said it was because they had to begin closing down the restaurant and they’re only taking to go orders like this is what paying customers get? Can’t even dine in peacefully? They were following managers orders on closing the dining room extremely early. This place needs better management clearly.

I went to pick up a mobile order. When I got there the girl was preparing it in front me. She put on gloves and prepared my order. While my quesadilla was heating up, she went to find up a customer, left the gloves on and touch the cash register and everything. I tried to stop her before she touch my good but she wasocing so fast. When I informed her that she left her gloves on and touched the cash register, she said yes I did touch the register and bagged my food and that was it. Smh no apology or nothing. With covid and just common cleanliness, you would think they would be more conscious of that they are doing. No it was not busy before anyone asks, it was me and two other customers. I didn’t eat the food, only the rice and corn on the side.
