This place is disappointing. The service sucked because when I asked for sour cream on the side they just kept on pouring it on my own my bowl. They didn’t even fill up my bowl all the way up. Also the Fountain machine was broken which was bad because they really had nothing to drink. They were also out a lot of ingredients, so there was nothing really to put on my bowl. Overall I would not come here.

I mean either this place is open until 10 or it’s not. At 9:40 and was greeted with „we’re closing early“. I fully understand that not all options are available at this time of day, but either customers are accepted until 10 or opening hours should be adjusted.

Food is better than a burger or sandwiches at the deli store.. But why this MFkers have all their stuff working under those conditions. No AC on in the place all sweating faces serving chips and guac, chopping meat obviously you can see their suffering. Cheap @$$ management sacrificing people well-being for the sake of saving a few bucks on energy. No wonder this place is empty..

I am someone who wants to eat his food fresh, particularly in a restaurant food chain. This Chipotle is in my neighborhood. I normally go to an authentic Mexican restaurant. I saw that the carne asada (steak) pot was almost empty and told the server that I would wait until they made new ones. I got the steak burrito with guac ( she could have given more) and queso blanco. And the burrito was amazing! If you are not in a hurry, you should wait or even ask to replenish the food pots.

General area outside the restaurant is dirty and constantly surrounded by homeless people. Tried the location twice and both times they’ve given me the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. As a Chipotle regular, I can say this is one of the most disappointing locations and would not go here again. The food barely fills 1/3 of the bowl and there are like 6 pieces of chicken.
