During lunchtime, there aren’t many people today, but the first guy pushed me so much. I was supposed to eat the taco, but he gave me a bowl instead. So, I just wanted to let it go. In the last section, whoever was in charge charged my friend’s credit card twice. The girl didn’t even apologize and the next people just left. How poor the service is, and all the food I received had poor quality and poor service. I used to go to this Chipotle location, but I have decided not to go there anymore. They think that many people come to their store, so they believe they can do whatever they want. Sorry to say this but I wish I can give 0 start for real..

Very strange interactions with the staff here, and inconsistent service. Today was told their register wasn’t working and couldn’t check me out so I had to order on the app. Proceeded to watch them check someone else out immediately after. Then when they said my order was ready to be picked up in the app, turned out they hadn’t even started it. Other times I’ve been here the staff have been openly arguing with one another. Bizarre.

Hate to leave a bad review bc I used to work at a burrito place too and hated the 1 out of 100 people who would ask for bigger portions but I’ve been to many chipotles and either I’ve always gotten biggg portions and this place serves a standard portion (doubt that I’ve been getting biggg portions the 50+ times I’ve been). Portion size here is kind of a joke. Felt like I was eating cheese sour cream and guac with a hint of chicken and rice.

I ordered a taco and the employee literally gave me five beans! She literally put five beans in my taco. I inquired about it and she said this is the norm. I was a little disappointed. Perhaps they were running short on inventory but I was expecting more beans. Anyhow I like their menu and the atmosphere is always nice and pleasant, but it’s the five beans that didn’t make my day…
