Careful if you order to pick up or delivery. I got all the veggies and salsa and sour cream and cheese missing. Only got the chicken and rice and beans. At least they got right the extra portion of chicken. It felt really dry and heavy without the veggies and the salsa. I would have come back and complained but I couldn’t afford the time to go all the way back and spemd my limited lunch break.

This specific Chipotle location has great staff that works with efficiency! They get the orders correct, and I rarely have to wait for my scheduled pick up order, even when they are busy. Treat the staff with respect regardless of performance, but show this crew extra love because they do a superb job!

You have got to do better. We ordered food and after the order we were told you didn’t have chips with our guacamole. The food was old and tasted not fresh. The service was unapologetic and insincere. We needed to use the bathroom and they said no since it was close to closing time. Although the restaurant was still open and busy. Come on Times Square Chipotle. DO BETTER

Love this place! Fresh tasted tacos, nice sauces and three different styles of meat, which all are delicous. Guacamole is also good. Great for take away and quick dine in. I love the medium hot sauce (the brown one).

My worst Chipotle experience. I ordered steak burrito and the steak was so leathery and weird. It was disgusting so I took all the steak out of the burrito when I ate it. I’ve eaten at Chipotle countless times for over a decade and have never experienced such meat quality. I’m writing this review so that Chipotle corporate can do quality control.

I know it shouldn’t be the employees fault if they were told to serve this way, but if you order a steak burrito bowl, you expect to find some meat on it, but as the picture can shows, it was hard to do that. Anyway Chipotle still one of my favorite food.

No pride anymore, I’m afraid. It used to be people came around at lunch time and wiped down the counters….asked you how it’s going despite a break neck pace, there was quality…. now it’ feels dirty and panicked… Ordering is absolutely chaos… Flinging guac around.. So disappointed… Food is good so that’s probably why they don’t care

Unbelievably good experience. Son said it smelled good. Wife got code and used the toilet while we waited on a stupid line outside in February (thanks Wicked security guards ). Son reported excellent bathroom experience. Can’t wait to go there and eat.
