Time and again this host has the most welcoming presence. I only know their name because its on the receipt but Israel made like five people smile back to back just by just being sweet and engaging and kind and considerate. This is a crowd of post-work people picking up dinner and they are Not Chatty but Israel met them where they were at and got on their level to let them understand its ok to enjoy themselves – the workday is over! That was the vibe. And that’s just while I hopped in line to grab chips and pick up my order!

I got such a bad experience with employees. They are always rushing while taking my order and did not take my order properly those are 2 female employees. The other short guy is a good one. He always takes orders wisely and I always had a nice experience with all the other employees but today it’s the worst.

Not sure who the manager is here, but you could promote almost literally any employee and it would probably be better. The soda machine doesn’t work half the time, but they don’t bother to tell you that before you buy a drink. They’re frequently out of key ingredients outside of the rush. The dining room is a disaster. It’s sad when the neighborhood McDonald’s is lapping you in service quality. The front line staff are friendly though!

No utensils, dirty tables, rude employees. Rice was hard not fresh no taste to it either, I would rather have gone to a different location unfortunately noticed all the above after paying. Female manager had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes when she was asked for utensils today. Not sure why the attitude was necessary just stock up how are people supposed to eat their food?

4/8/23 @3:53. My som who has severe dairy, nuts, shell fish allergies can only eat at very few locations wherever we go out and about. Chipotle is one of the only places where they always accommodate his allergies. He loves the guacamole and the staff will always scoop some from a separate batch in a small container for is bowl. Today its a different story at this upper west side location. The manger stopped his employee from the request by saying that they do not have have any in the back. I find it hard to believe when this is the number one location in the area with a top selling item. You prepare for this. He may have been telling the truth but its more about his delivery. He really didn’t care about my sons allergy, we were the only ones on line. It just felt like he didn’t want to accommodate anything. Never stopping at this location again.

Service is pretty bad. They let people just jump in front of the line with no problem. Also, the cashier seems like she hates the job, gives attitude when you ask for something. So sad chipotle employees are usually sad or upset! Maybe just walk a little bit more, so many good places around.

the rice didn’t have ave the cilantro or lime flavor it was just plain white rice, the tomato salsa didn’t taste good, the sour cream was extremely cold, the cheese and lettuce were ok i guess and the chicken was alright , and the drinks were even cold, worst chipotle i’ve ever had and she charged for me for guacamole when. i didn’t even get it

Update 4/17/2019: No lettuce, the lady she didn’t any decent to put me lettuce even I asked here doesn’t matter what chipotle supposed to have lettuce, the portions are cheap as you can se win the photo no cool anymore since the manager Ariel left this store went downhill as you can see.

Food is fresh and yummy. The staff here is super nice and always very helpful. They have bowls, tacos, sladas, chips with guacamole and even margaritas!! Because of the location this place can get pretty packed especially during lunch hours. No parking structure only street parking. It is right across the street from the train station and bus stop so high traffic. Lots of tables so great for eating in or lunch date. Definitely try them!!
