The burrito bowl was so salty the steak was fatty. Obviously they don’t trim the fat I had 3 separate pieces connected by chewy fat. I haven’t been to chipotle in a couple years I used to love coming but I will never again I barely ate this nasty bowl of food sitting here and my stomach just hurts right now. I wish I read the reviews before wasting 23$ the soda machine was broken as well.

I went and ordered some chips and sides , i got chicken , pico , and the corn to go with the chips . I was waiting at the register after my food was made for about 5 minutes because no one was at the register but that’s besides the point . I opened my food and my pico was frozen , had ice on it and all , didn’t taste fresh , but i just decided not to eat the pico but check my food every bite . As i proceeded to just eat the chicken and corn , i scoop a piece of chicken and found a hair in it and completely lost my appetite. Never giving them another chance quality is pretty poor here 🙁

This restaurant is very bad. The takeaway I ordered online was not cooked for me. I ordered at 9:00 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30, the waiter told me that there were no ingredients. The service is also super bad. Basically every big meal has a bad experience.

Food was fresh and the associates were moving the food line expeditiously. The price of the food was affordable and I will go again. I left out a star due to the tables not recieving the same attention as the food. Overall a good experience.

The staff is awful. Without fail everytime I order something from this location something is wrong with the order. I got a bowl with no meat just rice and vegetables 2 days ago. I have no idea how something like that goes unnoticed. And today they didn’t include extra chicken I paid for. Needs to be a serious staff enhancement or training. Posted a picture of my bowl of just rice and veggies lol.

Pre ordered for pickup. Got there 5 minutes before requested time and order wasn’t prepared. I gave name on order to worker 3 times and he couldn’t find it. I found it on his screen. He obviously could not read or was just incompetent. So I had to wait 15 minutes for him to prepare the order.

SALTY, salty, salty food. No idea where they’re going wrong but two different proteins were salty enough to kill a chihuahua. Goodness gracious it was inedible. I’m sure they normally do a good job but whoever is preparing the meat needs a refresher course.
