11/20/22 I had the worst experience. I made an order through the Chipotle website and this happened to be the store to pack my order. I ordered a a bowl with white rice, chicken, no beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and paid extra for guac. As you all know there is an additional fee to order online. This bowl alone came up to almost 24 dollars. I expect QUALITY! But no they do with peoples orders whatever they want and it’s unfortunate because sometimes we can’t show to the store and we leave it up to these people to consider the clients more and be trustworthy when it comes to serving us. Instead cold heartedly they do whatever they want. As the pictures show you can see what i ordered vs what i got.

Every time I order from this location my food is fresh. The workers are more than accommodating. What’s hot is hot and what’s suppose to be cold such as the salsa is always cold. Soda area always clean. Best chipotle experience.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the Bronx. Order online and your order will be incorrect, go in person and the same thing can happen. We order a veggie bowl and steak bowl went home and there was two veggie bowls which was still missing some ingredients. If you go there please watch as your order is being made and make sure it’s your order before leaving. They don’t even mark it with a marker like V for veggie C for chicken etc. But it is clean

Yesterday may 15 2023 my husband bought dinner from there and if I can say it was so disgusting tasteless. My meat considered up just fat , the rice was mushing tomatoes Had no flavor. Overall horrible disgusting.

I used to own casual fast food restaurant for 7 year, generally I don’t like to write reviews , but after visiting this store for lunch, I could not stop my self to write about my store experience. It is one of the most most clean chipotle I have ever visited, fresh food , very happy employees and overall great experience. I wish company acknowledged the employees and make this store as model store for training. Keep it up crew.
