The dinning room was close too early. The food was trash, had no flavor, also I asked for sour cream and they did not put it. Mind you this was all in person. Let’s not even talk about the soda, that tasted like soda that expired on the pandemic. I will never waste my money on that place again.

I usually order a bowl and a tortilla on the side. Today, I received a tortilla that I assume was used for someone else’s wrong burrito order. The tortilla was not folded how it usually is (which initially raised suspicion). It was folded into 4 and it was beyond cold upon arrival. I opened the tortilla to find pieces of rice inside. This is absolutely unacceptable!! This establishment lacks quality of service. In recent months I’ve seen so many terrible reviews. It is time that I no longer offer this location my business. Do better!

This is the 2nd time my burrito bowl was not edible and I wasted money. It had no flavor and the guacamole was was bland and brown! Not to mention they are usually out of at least 3 items whenever you go.. last time I waste money there ..

Came in on a Sunday afternoon at 12:30. They were open, had food prepared. When we walked in they told us they were closed because they didn’t have any bowls or burritos. Went across the street to Panera bread instead…. But Chipotle… You got one job… How do you run out of burritos and bowls?

The Bay Plaza Chipotle location is the worst of the worst! Their customer service is absent. The staff are rude. They never have half of their menu options available. You can’t purchase things with cash that requires them to give you back change. They always run out of food. Today they ran out of guacamole, steak, and hardshell tacos at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. It is just a mess! Stay away.

Worse Chipotles I have ever been, too. They have the worst system here, and the employees are all rude. I had my water bottle here, on top of the counter, and they charged my $6.00 , and they said they can’t refund my money. Made me wait forever and then gave me water.

I was so excited when I found out that there would be a chipotle here because I felt like we needed one in our area. However, every time you visit the chipotle, there is some ingredient missing. I have not once gone to the chipotle and not had an issue. I came in today wanting a quesadilla at 12:30pm, there was no cheese. Chipotle opens at 11am-10pm. How will they go the rest of the shift with no cheese? I have come in previously and they would have no corn, Or no guac, no lettuce, no sour cream. There is always an ingredient missing that takes away from the entire experience. There are also many times where they only take exact change or aren’t taking card payments. This is really frustating and more supplies should be sent to be able to provide for the community.

Worst experience I’ve had with chipotle but I should have known better. I’ve heard bad things about this location. I had to pay extra for a regular proportion of steak because they would not give me a decent amount. There was no vinaigrette dressing and they did not care to make any.

When you order from the app, be sure to double check everything. Even open your bowls, burritos, etc. to make sure everything is in there. I got a notification that my order was ready to pick up. Out of the five things I requested, there was only one item. I had to tell the person who was handling the mobile orders that the rest of my items were missing, and he still got it wrong. When I got home, there was no meat in my burrito that I paid for.

Walked in at 6:30 and they said they were closed only mobile orders were being made. I used the app to ordered food and let them know. I ordered one thing and they have me another I put no beens and they added cheese, I told them I didn’t want any cheese and that I ordered something else and they said theybdidnt have anymore so they gave me what was available they also said when you order no beans we have to put cheese, ive never heard of anything like that.
