Consistently awful. Have gone many times and so often after I had to write to Chipotle and I’ve come to conclusion that they’ll never fix it. It starts from the top down and the management is a disgrace. Last time I went, ordered a quesadilla for my niece and came with two tortillas with nothing between it when we got home. This time, I ordered a steak burrito 2X steak and it felt like I ate a rice burrito. These are just two examples of many. I will not be returning any longer. Wish them the best in fixing the disaster they have there.

ordered a chips and guacamole only thing they did right was the guac. The chips were not crunchy at all and so salty. Even told a worker there and they just looked at us clueless and told us it was from new boxes. They offered us to give us a new “bag” from the new box but it was the same thing and the chips were not crunchy at all. Didn’t bother getting my refund but never coming here again. I wish this chipotle the best and hope it gets better

This is a nice clean chipotle location with easy parking and even a mobile pickup window (drive thru pickup). The staff is nice and friendly but there is no efficiency behind the counter. With 9 people working here on a Saturday, you’d think the service would be better…

Honestly, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I work nearby have been going here since it opened shame on me. They were really good when they first opened but have been going really downhill since. You pick a time for your order to be ready for the drive-through and you still have to wait 15 minutes. This week alone I had to get two refunds. On Monday the line was going around the building. There was no way I was waiting on it. Today they gave me a bag that has my name on it but completely wrong food. I checked before I left because this isn’t the first time and they made the switch. No surprise the top had my name on it but the bowl was completely wrong. I’m done giving these people chances. The staff at the drive-through is always really nice but it’s not enough to keep me as a customer having to buy two lunches every time I go because I end up having to go somewhere else. Good luck.

I’ve ordered take out at the Chipotle Mohegan Lake a handful of times in the past and it’s a crapshoot if you receive what you ordered. My husband had ordered 2x the protein a couple of times in the past only to find that it obviously was not. I’ve ordered the chicken burrito bowl and have counted literally 5 tiny pieces of chicken. One thing consistent is that they will forget to pack the Chips & Guacamole that you ordered. In fact, skip the chips all together as it has been consistently stale. I miss the Chipotle in NYC.

I ordered a bowl with (and paid for ) double meat and double rice along with sour cream and cheese and I got a bowl to feed a 5 year old oh and this was all after waiting 25 mins after my foods pickup time.

Service was great. They give discounts to law enforcement and military service members. Food is alright just like any other Chipotle. Plenty of seats. Line varies but could get pretty long during lunch.

This particular Chipotle has been under staff for more than a month, but yet you have customers waiting on long car lines for orders you can only place online; mind you the dining area is not open to the public nor is anyone allowed in the store except the few employees who work there. There are no signs alerting drivers who are unaware of the pickup online only service, and many wait till they get to pickup window only to be aggravated and upset that they can’t place an order. This is a deplorable example of fast food business; very lack luster customer service to say the least. I was wondering why there was a shortage of employees in the first place, but I wonder no more.

Visited this location on 5/6 at approx 8pm. My family of 3 and the guests in front of us all walked out without food. The establishment was dirty, staff didn’t greet anyone. They walked away from us on line and said nothing to us. One of the employees was messing with his phone and then touching food barehanded. Lettuce was frozen. The only one hard working was the guy at the drive thru. The grill was disgusting. I won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because this is the only Chipotle in this area. Tropical Smoothie can’t open soon enough.
