It’s alright. The food was like any other Chipotle and the staff was great. However, the atmosphere was kind of bland and semi-dirty. Would’ve enjoyed a cleaner, more decorated space.

The staff was pleasant and the portions were fine, but every table was filthy, the garbage was overflowing and the place was a mess. Management needs to retrain its staff to clear tables and remove garbage.

Picture is worth a thousand words so let these pictures speak for themselves. Chipotle stock is soaring above $1600 a share while their restaurants seem understaffed or staff not properly trained. This place is disgusting on a Saturday afternoon. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this place down. Imagine one of the highest taxed neighborhoods in NYS and the fast food joint looks like this.

This location is absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else! Understaffed and undertrained. Always dirty. Also never meets projected pick-up time from app orders – add at least 20 minutes. Staff also couldn’t care less about issues – they will just ignore you. Silence and a shrug are typical responses. Will never go back there again. Complaining through app also a waste of time. Annoying app customer service bot is a useless time sink that adds insult to injury.

Stale chips, rice/meat not seasoned correct as some parts were super salty and some parts were bland. It’s also more expensive than the Dobbs Ferry location and always filthy inside.

Only leaving this review for the worker Ian. Genuinely one of the best people i’ve dealt with in customer service and is always a joy to run into when I enter this chipotle. Truly the only reason i keep returning to this location. Always has such a great attitude and a smile that never leaves his face. He is the ONLY employee who puts a fair amount of portions on your plate and has slowly become one of my favorite people to see on a daily basis. You can tell he truly cares about people’s days and not only to get them out of his face in a rush. THIS IS AN IAN APPRECIATION POST !!! If you go into this chipotle and see the blonde white boy with a big smile… Your day just got a lot better i promise
