Grabbed some chipotle for an early dinner and wasn’t planning to review it but it was so bad I needed you all to know! I had a bogo in the app because I hadn’t used it in a while and they have the new Al pastor chicken. I figured why not give it a try. I ordered through the app and pickup was smooth and ready on time. When we got it home everything was cold. Not only was it cold it just seemed old. We had clumps of rice that weren’t breaking apart as if it wasn’t fresh at all. My black beans were hard for some reason? The Al pastor chicken was a good flavor. I don’t know if it was because it was between lunch and dinner and everything was just sitting out for a long time, but I’m super dissatisfied with this location and probably won’t come back. Thankfully I didn’t pay full price!

I am a uniformed service member with greenburgh police department, as soon as me and my partner walked into your establishment on 8/15/23 @11:50am, your female employee on the line did not make us feel welcomed one single bit, she had a disgusted look on her face, I continued to keep a smile on my face despite the dirty looks she gave us, when I politely asked for a “bowl to go please”, she proceeded to slam my bowl onto the line and then threw the lids around, she was clearly angry. Your employee began to rush me and my partners order and decided to do both meals at the same time very quickly, there were no other customers in line at the time so the need for her to rush me was very uncalled for and resulted in my order being sloppily made.

I literally have never review a place in my entire life. I’ve never hated a place more than this chipotle. They close their eyes and make this food. I get either the wrong food, or something like this when I order from here. It’s a running joke in my house about how bad this place messes up food. I wish 0 stars was an option. Please shut them down. A JOKE !!!!

i ran to chipotle STARVING to pick up my order and opened my bag to find a hair on the steak. since they took so long to make my food, i simply took out the haired piece of steak and ate the rest, but it was gross. the people sat next to me kept turning around and giving me side eye due to how much i was gagging trying to swallow it.

I appreciated the variety of options available, from the protein choices to the toppings and sauces. The staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me through the ordering process, and my meal was ready quickly. The portions were generous making it a great value for the price.

The wait and service was abysmal. Dead eyed employees could not possibly care less. The food does suffer due to the indifference, but I still enjoy the food- even if they are foisting their new flavor of chicken on you by being out of the usual, favored one.

I never leave reviews but I am so mad I wasted over $30 on two bowls that were absolutely gross. One bowl was supposed to have brown rice, when I opened the bowl one side was white rice and the other was HARD PIECES of brown rice. The other bowl I got had random ingredients thrown into the bowl that I didn’t ask for. No napkins or forks, this Chipotle used to be the best around where I live and its now the worst.

Went in to get some food to go. Waited 20 minutes to get to front of line. Asked for a chicken quesadilla and was told they only make quesadillas for online orders it’s “store policy”. Didnt want to waste time with the man behind counter because clearly convo wasn’t going anywhere with him asked to speak to a supervisor. What a waste of time that was. She Was ruder and more incompetent than the first employee I dealt with. There was not one person in line behind me at this point and she refused to make me a quesadilla because i didn’t order online and it takes too long to make. Hate to take it to this level but needs to be said. If I wasn’t white maybe they would have taken the 90 seconds to make me a quesadilla instead of being rude and trying to act tough. Will never waste my time or money I’m this establishment which is clearly filled with lazy incompetent and racist employees.

They need to hire a new manager. This is the worst chipotle ever. Today they said No Meat for 20 minutes. They always run out of salad dressing for their salad. The restaurant is always unkept. Something needs to change for the better at this location.

Every time I go to this location its always an issue. Theres no reason why they are always out of things. The workers are very inconsiderate and rude. There is one person doing everything, while others are in the back laughing and horse playing. Management should really do better.
