The food is good. The atmosphere is ok. Can be better. The employees are not friendly. They were making faces. They didn’t offered any welcoming service. Worst Chipotle I’ve been too. For starters, they’re never clean from upon entrance there’s always trash outside, an excess in the bins and even where they are serving the food is just messy and untidy. The bathrooms is disgusting. They never have all of the menu items at the same time, always missing this or that and even when I’ve ordered and they were missing sour cream, lettuce and corn they had the audacity to charge me “extra” for guacamole, i bearly had anything on my burrito in the first place. Then the greatest was 30 mins BEFORE closing time, they told us the dine-in area closes at 9 when the store hours is listed as closing 10. Will never return here. Will also file a complaint with Chipotle corporate. Don’t spend you’re money here, don’t waste your time.

By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I have never posted a review before but the service here was so poor I went out of my way to make an account and post this review. I am not sure if the employees are aware that they work in the “service” industry. The employees are horrible and rude. The manager does not understand how to keep stock. Every single time I have been to this location a major items our out of stock. Lettuce, Chicken, Sour Cream, Vegetables, Guacamole, Napkins, Ice, Chips, Rice to name a few I have encountered. The employees give major attitude to all customers. The employees are all very young with no supervision. When asking for rice for my bowl the worker said “do you see any?” I said no. She replied saying “then why would you ask for rice, you are entitled”. Whoever owns this chipotle should check in on this location because I can assure that they are not upholding the company’s standard.

The staff is super unfriendly and lazy. Everyone looks miserable. On numerous occasions they are missing key ingredients like lettuce and cheese. One one occasion they told me there was no lettuce and two minutes later someone came out with lettuce. The employee told me that this lettuce “is for tomorrow”. Employees give give customers attitude and the location is disgusting. Worst chipotle I have ever been to.

Very nice and patient . Clean. Wish more none bar stool seating was available, or at least spread the table chair seating more apart so one doesn’t feel on top of other guests. The seating may have been arranged that way because of an employee meeting. Other than that is feels like communal dinning .

This place is a sick joke for a restaurant. I don’t even know where to begin. Every time I come here it’s a disaster. Dirty tables, long line (which makes no sense because there is a lot more employees than there are customers), always out of food, no ice, etc. Staff is generally very rude, and every time I come here my bowl is lighter and lighter. At the rate we are headed there will eventually be no food in the bowl. I could put all that aside because the food is at least half decent, but today, I was extremely displeased to see that not only did my bowl contain half the amount of food it normally does, but they tried to charge me extra for cheese (not queso, regular cheese). After the staff got nasty with me about the issue, I told them to keep the bowl and walked out. This just goes to show the type of people running this place; they would rather lose a sale (and in my case, permanently lose a customer) over a dollar. Save yourself a trip and a headache and read all the other reviews that say this place is garbage before you go, waste your time, and walk out frustrated.

The food is good. Problem is the stuff, doesn’t know what they are doing. The place is always dirty, and always out of stock, on ingredients. One day, they have no tomatoes, corn, Last week at 1pm, they were out, of rice. Not worth coming here.

Very dissatisfied. No fajitas, no salad dressing, no etc. At 230 in the afternoon. They gave me a kids quesdilla with raw cheese didn’t even melt it. I once managed an franchise and when we ran out of critical supplies I begged and borrowed from other franchises. Sad this was a new chipotle closer to my house I will never return again.
