The ice machine was not working. The soda in the fountain was not cold and was above room temperature. The food wasn’t tasty and guacamole wasn’t given in a side dish but charged extra.

I’ve eaten here before and it was really good, but when I went here recently, they let me take a cup of water with me out into the mall and come back to get refills. They could’ve tried to sell me a bottle of water, but they let me take a free cup and come back for refills. It’s small moments like that that make me come back to Chipotle wherever I find it

My experience in Chipotle at Englewood was bad Horrible service. I when Sunday 6/19/22, apparently the crew were having a bad day, the place was empty, It took 10 minutes to take my order and I was literally in from of them.

I come here all the time and it’s great. The staff is dead sometimes though and I have to repeat what I want or they just forget to put something in. The quality of the food itself though is fresh and delicious every time.
