For the food which I typically enjoy, the price point didn’t justify the stoic, unenthusiastic, and poor service. Not only did it feel, rushed and skimpy on the protein, but it felt like they all wanted to be anywhere else but serving people. They were really low on beef, and asked me if I wanted to mix in chicken, so I did, and then pieces of the already low amount of meat were flying off the burrito as it was hurriedly rolled. This chain started as a clean, crisp chain of servers and has devolved to overpriced, underperforming crew, and minimalist portions.

Now, the people are just doing their jobs. We can’t expect much, it’s a job. What we can expect is the quality of the food and drinks at least be edible. The ice machine didn’t work for months… months. Now, it works and the soda tastes like… nothing. The refreshers taste like warm ooze. It’s disgusting and for $25 the least they can do is give a decent drink. I’m genuinely annoyed it’s horrible.

Food was good. But takeout line is incredibly long. The mobile pickup corner is chaotic and super crowded, filled with 20 people at once. Staff hold all takeouts inside and yell out loud the orders name, instead of putting on the shelf. It indeed felt like a war. Way to go to improve mobile order pickup workflow.

I ordered a bowl at this chipotle and asked for a dressing on the side , the lady at the register wanted to charge me for it. No chipotle ever charges me. Proportions smaller than usual.

Just left the 1 metro tech location, and have to say this was the most disappointing $15 I have ever spent. First they were out of all meat except beef, so I settled. The burrito was terribly wrapped and liquidy, almost like the veggies had been sitting for too long and I was given the very bottom of the beans. My tortilla was so soggy I had to discard it and just eat the insides with a fork. The beef so dry I questioned if it was old. I then asked for a water cup and was denied. After spending $15 to not get what a I want and my food being hardly edible, you want to deny me a water cup. If this is how chipotle wants to operate they seriously need to reassess their priorities. Seems like such a money grab from a giant corporation. I’m over it

This place has tanked dramatically in the last few years. Service is terrible and the staff are unpleasant and just downright sad to deal with. Place is always a mess and dining in is a nightmare. Prices have gone up but portion sizes have seemingly decreased and they give you slag for asking for extra which doesn’t cost a penny to them or yourself. How are you operating this place and have no running bathrooms? You’re supposed to have running bathrooms by law with the amount of seating you have present. Get it together, y’all should be ashamed.

Horrific. Ive given this Chipotle so many tries and its honestly the WORST Chipotle Ive been to. They dont even TRY to be good. Portions are TINY. The bowls are NEVER full. The way the staff is so stingy with the portions is RIDICULOUS youd think its coming out their paycheck. Ive already reported this through corporate and they send you a BOGO half off. Thats great and all but please re train the staff and ensure the portions are being served as they should. We pay so much for this. Its true there are also NO water cups. What is going on here?!!! Its such a busy location yes but come on, get it together!!!!
