Extremely stingy and poor quality food! The meal I received lacked any good amount of food and the scoop of meat I received was very low. In addition, I got guacamole and it tasted old and awful. My entire meal was very dry. I had my friends try it too and they said it was nasty as well. I was really craving chipotle and this really destroyed my whole perception of the company. They were also making burritos for online orders and the servings were incredibly tiny! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE YOU WILL RECEIVE A BAD MEAL. For $15 this is the WORST chipotle experience I have ever had

THE stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever been too. $9.42 for two VERY small scoops of chicken and a literal side of rice. Every other chipotle I go to will charge me a side of rice even if it’s in a separate bowl, but not this one. They literally scooped a “side of rice” out of the bowl and threw the rest of the rice away. WHAT A WASTE! The chicken was cold too. I’ll never come back to this Chipotle

Ordered the food online with beverage. When I got there their beverage machine was broken. The cashier told me they only had lemonade. So I did fine because that’s what I initially ordered. Well, with my painful ankle I went back to find no ice and NO lemonade. Ugh.. I had to walk back to the cashier and she gave us ice from the back and a bottled Mexican Coca-Cola. In addition, by the time I got to my truck my food was cold. My steak tacos had pieces of freakin chicken. Overall, I will NOT be going there again and I’m calling the company because that was almost $40 for Horrible food and lack of information of food availability online.

The service here is unacceptable. The price increase yet the food decreased in portions. I ordered a bowl and the brown rice was low, why did he give me one scoop? All he had to do was say ‘we have some brown rice coming please give us a second so I could give you a better serving.’ Did I mentioned the soda was flat and the ice machine does not work
