Contrary to some of the negative reviews, my first order from this Chipotle was a good experience. The portion was larger than normal and the employee who greeted me was very kind. The only issue I had is that some of the rice wasn’t fully cooked, but I think that this is a company-wide issue, not a store issue.

Made an online order for pick-up. What I ordered (Rice bowl, steak, guac, corn, etc.) what I received: Beans, chicken, fajitas, no guac. A mix of everything I wouldn’t Eat. I paid more for less. How do you get the ticket sticker right but not the actual food? And the Chipotle website has no way of getting refunded? Never again.

I placed an order on Doordash with extra chicken, and the portions were stingy as a mother, very little chicken, very little sour cream and cheese, I’ve been here so many times and it’s always a 50/50 shot, some workers give good while others make it seem like it ain’t worth it. Fix your portioning.

i would give less than 1 star if is possible, my pick up order is 6:20 pm and it’s 6:41 pm and they are saying that is not ready because they still cooking…. i was thinking that was a fast food, but looks like you need to wait more than a Luxury Restaurant, if you want to order from this place, make sure to pick up your order at least 30 mins to 1 hour just to have it fresh your food

How is this chipotle still even open with this amount of bad reviews? Employees are snotty, bad attitudes and they have a public restroom but yet they insist and practically force you to buy something just to use it, doesn’t make any sense. They always get orders wrong here

I never post reviews no matter how bad or good a place is, but this took it to another level. Never in my life I gotten chipotle this sad. All of our guacamole had rock hard guac, which meant they were unripe. Some of it were over ripe and became rotten (Pictures shown below). The steak was dry to a point where, I’ll need my grandma dentures to go through them. I don’t know if it just a bad day, and there was something was going on. I feel for yall, but man when you spend almost $100 and get this ***t, it just hurts.
