The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Always out of food which I understand happens, but it’s EVERY time. Final straw was a delivery order where they forgot 2/3 of my salsas, served undercooked rice (it was clumped together) and forgot my chicken. I only spent $20 on delivery because I had a rough day and hadn’t eaten so this was upsetting lol.

Davon is the absolute greatest. It wasn’t busy when I came in, and he was so kind and took the time to make me the perfect bowl. This is the tastiest and best balanced bowl I’ve had from any chipotle, ever. He did a great job recommending the new chicken al pastor, too.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER TO THIS LOCATION. Got two bowls and both came out wrong and half-empty. I understand if there’s a topping missing, but there’s no point in leaving contact info if they’re not going to inform you of any issues with the store’s stock or anything. Terrible.

Arrived during peak lunch hour and was told by the individual sitting behind the counter that we had to order online. Why are you making customers do extra work? I quickly walked out and went to taco bell a block away, though the Mexican food truck literally outside the front door looks good too. That and their beans look as if they have been sitting out for days. Will definitely not recommend this location.

Ordered for pickup and I should have checked the bowl before leaving… half empty bowl missing 4 items I paid for. The good was extremely salty and they forgot the beans! That’s one of the most important parts of the meal. Never again will I go to this chipotle.

I Uber eats from this chipotle location a lot, but this has happened too many times that I need to write this review so they could notice, PLS stop forgetting to add the chipotle honey vinaigrette sauce!!! I order a salad bowl for that specifically lol and they always forget 🙁

The worst service ever… I ordered 2 bowls and this is what I got, Actually no food in each bowl. I ordered chicken bowl with white rice black beans sour cream cheese and lettuce and look what I got. I mentioned it to the girls working there and they responded with attitude saying I’m not the one making them, instead of saying can I fix ur ordered. Its NOT worth the money because I just finished paying almost 25 dollars for no good service and attitude and NO food. This location is the worst place to get ur chipotle..

I was being served when I noticed there wasn’t sofritas and asked the person serving me if they could check if maybe their online bar had it. He went and came back and say “they don’t, it’s going to be 15-20min” while waiting I noticed the online bar did in fact had it. I confront him and told him he doesn’t have to lie to me just say that he can’t take it from there or to order online. Instead of being apologetic he say “you want to see something funny” and then walked away.

ORDERS ALWAYS WRONG. I’ve ordered form this location a few times and there is always something wrong with the order, often missing items. Today, I ordered a 3 steak taco meal and an additional 2 chicken tacos (5 total). Received the 3 steak tacos packaged as singles but no chicken tacos. We tried placing another order from another account and the order was fully canceled with no reason, 2 hours before the store closed.
