I been coming to this chipolte longer then most of the workers worked there and most of the customers even knew it was there , it used to be the best in the area from city to long Island the best but for last 2 years it’s been terrible . From the constant beeping sound while I’m eating,to the sauces being put back totally empty , to slow workers not keeping up with the pace of the environment. We human I get it but I can tell when someone stopped caring for the business

Fast and relatively inexpensive take out but this location constantly includes very little protein on carryout orders. It’s almost as if they used an ice cream scooper for my carnitas because I literally didn’t see any quantity deemed normal. I live in the neighborhood so there are times I would dine in and it’s noticeably more protein they include, maybe because I’m in person and their employee feel obligated without a chance of customer remark. That’s just my two cents.

High Standards for food
Simply giving five stars just for the employee Kendrick. He gave the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. He greeted me with manners and respect, ensured that I got the correct amount of food(some employees skimp out on portion size on purpose, I swear!), and had a good vibe overall. I assume he must be a manager based on his immaculate work ethic. The food at this location is just alright, there needs to be better consistency/ quality control, because some days the food is wayyyy too salty, and other days it’s just right. Someone that fries the chips is also not doing a good job, because whenever this person is making the chips, they’re way undercooked.

I have been a Chipotle customer for a long time, and I must say, today I had a noticeably positive experience. Upon entering the restaurant, I only had to wait for an employee to serve me for about 1 minute, but Kendrick apologized and thanked me for my patience. He served me my bowl and added the extra rice and extra beans I requested, as well as used a different spoon to serve the beans since I asked him to put the “gravy” in my bowl as well. Any regular to Chipotle knows that employees usually roll their eyes/are stingy with portioning, but Kendrick was super patient and kind. His service was outstanding and I believe he should serve as a role model for all employees of this franchise.

Long story short, I thought the rude and dismissive service was disappointing but the extremely spicy beans and dangerously salty chicken was not even eatable and had to be thrown out. I’ve had some Chipotle a little better than others, bowls heartier than others but this was unlike any professionally made food I’d ever attempted eating. I through away $50 and was forced to buy my family’s food elsewhere. Still in total disbelief

I swear every time I come to this chipotle it’s always an issue the first time I came They didn’t have any sour cream, then a week later I came back. They didn’t have any chips now I come today they’re only excepting card they don’t have exact cash and I only had cash on me so i was forced to give extra money which is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what is going on with this chipotle in this location but they need serious help the service is good and the staff is nice but it’s always something with this location. They run out of food they don’t have any cash. Their card system is down, never been to a Chipotle with so many issues management needs to step in and do better with this location. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
