By far this was the WORST Chipotle experience i have ever had. The food is CRUSHED. I spent $50 for nothing! They packaged everything so wrong that everything was smushed, you can obviously see how little food they put into it… horrible… and they were so cheap that they couldn’t even give me a double bag for an order this heavy, there was leakage on the bottom of the bag because of how they smushed everything in!! I’m so angry I don’t know what to do. Barely any food, smushed packaging, i should really go ask for a refund. Or maybe i should stop doing mobile orders so that i can watch them put the portions into the bowl and make sure they package it all properly. Its only 3 minutes away from my house and convenient..

Let me start this review off by saying that it is not based off a first impression. I’ve given this place second chances. (Only due to how conveniently close it is to where I live) SOME members of the staff have zero people skills and just plain rude. The food on the line is NEVER ready. One day they’ll be out of beans another day they won’t have chips. It’s safe to say I won’t be coming back here. Unfortunately I will just drive a little further for better service.

This place is the worst. They give very little meat and I paid $16.95 for what had to be the most disgusting burrito bowl I have ever had. How does the food not have flavor? It was painful to watch the server shake off pieces of meat from the spoon like I’m only allowed 5 pieces.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ordered from. This is the second time I went there and the experience was terrible. The food was so sloppy, it was unappealing to eat. The employees were all rushing and did not care how they dumped the food in the containers. Luckily I checked my bag and realized that the container covers was not closed. I am going back to the Chipotle next to Shoprite in New Hyde Park. Never again am I going back to the Chipotle in Mineola!

Second time and the smallest portions of meat I’ve ever had at a Chipotle or Mexican restaurant, literally a quarter of their spoon size of chicken, are they rationing their meat? I don’t mind spending 11 bucks on a burrito just put a whole spoonful of chicken in it. Also second time my burrito just collapsed, do yourself a favor and go to Right Coast Taqueria down Jericho Turnpike.

It’s Chipotle. It does what it does, give you food and drinks, nothing else special about this place. You either love or hate Chipotle. That’s all. Probably forego the queso Blanco though, salt in that is extremely high.

Lack of Customer Care, Food quality is below par, honestly this Chipotle use to be good but today really showed how poor overall quality became. Employees there don’t want to work i ask for fresh steak because the bottom was oily and this girl was about to give it to me.. then she said theres no more steak. I don’t understand who hires these employees but the presence is just very unwelcoming & lackluster.
