Friday June 16, 2023 at Chipotle on Commack RD. Commack NY @ 630pm. Male server very Rude kept saying in a yelling tone next next ignoring me & very stingy with the food. Trays of food empty. A fresh batch of onions & peppers finally came out & he puts it in with the old ones instead of changing trays out. Then he was throwing the sides to the cashier.

Instead of starting the orders they currently have. The employees spent their time talking amongst each other not even realizing they have an order to make. Ordering online for the first time I expected something better. Clearly the service isn’t great and it’s better off just ordering in the store unfortunately. What a waste of time.

Tonight was my worse experience on a chipotle, as I went in there was the employee in-charge of giving you the bowl or burrito screaming for chicken at other employees and very rare acting. Would say high but when I ask him to take it slow due to I had 3 different orders he just gave attitude and rush my order trough with barely minimum meat on all 3 items. I get home and my family is very disappointed on how poorly all items where made. After paying over $30 I will never come back to this store. Hope chipotle can contact me and make it up for the food I did not eat due to after seeing such employees behavior and low quality items I just trough my item out.

If I could give this place a 0 Star review i would. They NEVER know how to wrap a burrito and it always turns into a sloppy mess. I honestly hate writing negative reviews but please learn how to correctly do your job. Oh and when they took 15 minutes for a refund because they couldn’t figure out how to really do it, also didnt refund my drink lol. Literally lost my appetite

Walked into this establishment heavily pregnant after driving for 3 hours and asked to use the bathroom. I was informed that they were closing and that I was not allowed to go. It would have taken me 1 minute and 30 seconds to pee. There was a man standing at the counter ordering food, so they were still working. I told them I would buy a burrito, they still denied me. I will never eat at a Chipotle again and neither should any other pregnant woman in America.
