3/3 at around 9:30p I went in for a rice bowl. Let’s just say they gave me a very small serving and it looked like slop with liquid sour cream. When I said something about it they told me sour cream is liguidy and the serving was what they are instructed to give…. I guess that’s why Cactus Cafe is packed and your not. Do better or your sales will continue to suffer. And maybe wipe your counters down occasionally. The counters were disgusting! FYI my pictures are of Cactus Cafe who is packed and I wonder why, not ! They must love the fact that you’re their competition in this area.

The man who decided to take over the order of my mother was very rude and impatient and racist. he had a hard time being patient with my mom who was trying to see what to order and spoke way to fast and got annoyed when my mother didn’t understand him due to how fast he was speaking and how quietly it was too. he was overall very rude and made the experience very unenjoyable.

Not my first horrible experience with this location and there’s no way to contact a live person via telephone. They completely torched my daughters quesadilla to the extent that we cannot get the foil off so she can eat it.. it’s hard as a rock anyway. Previously I’ve found plastic and even human nails in my food.

Ordered on line and picked up without incident. On the ride home with the food, the bag leaked through creating a bit of a mess. Turned out one of the salsa containers wasn’t closed properly. The food tasted ok. Nothing special and the portions I wish were larger. The lettuce used for the burrito could have been in better shape.

Got the new chicken al pastor. Pretty good, but doesn’t taste much different from the regular chicken. The service was great and friendly. The atmosphere was pretty good, one of the smaller chipotles I’ve been to, but still nice inside.

Don’t order online for pick up. My niece ordered on the app, was supposed to be a Chicken quesadilla it came with two pieces like they made it on a snack wrap size tortilla. They’re tortillas are huge idk where they got this thing but it was ridiculous for the price. I had to get her taco bell she was still hungry.

Everytime I come to this store, I leave unhappy. I’m either being rushed down the line too fast before I can say what I want. The workers don’t listen and put corn on my bowl almost everytime, when I ask for it ON THE SIDE. Then I had this situation happen again, for the 4th time & the woman just took a cup and scooped the corn off. UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve had problems with getting my receipts also. They “ran out of paper”, or there have been times where I wasn’t able to scan my rewards because they cashed me out too fast, with no receipt!! I spend toooo much money at chipotle for this type of unprofessional work I have to deal with! Seriously debating on not eating chipotle ever again!
