Are you kidding me? We ordered two burrito bowls (regular toppings and extras) for delivery, because hubby had a “craving” for Mexican and snubbed my offer of freshly-roasting some buttermilk-soaking chicken thighs. The price was $30 (!!!) so we were expecting it to at least look like it did on the menu. Um, no. There were two “bowls” in the bag and 2 plastic forks. No napkins, no nothing. Okay, fine, we’re home, so we have napkins and real silverware.

The food was okay. Nothing special at all. The prices would have been fair if the food had been excellent but given the quality it was extremely overpriced. One thing I expected them to get right were the chips but even they were stale and chewy in the center.

The food here is consistently good. The location is very convenient for me. I would normally give five stars but I had a bad experience with a staff member one time. I haven’t been back to this location since that time, but I went back in today and she’s not working so maybe she’s gone and I can revisit with 5 stars 🙂

Burritos are consistently delicious. Carnitas are my go to. Servers are polite and attentive. Could upgrade their attention to table cleaning and waste/recycling receptacle maintenance.

Was excited to finally try the chipotle in town. While everything “tasted” fine…I just paid $18 dollars for a bowl with what was about two bites of steak. I almost said something at the store because it seemed ridiculous, but thought “that serving must be normal”. Will not be returning.

Ordered bowls online and the order was correct and ready when I went to pick up. The problem was the bowls were very skimpy on the portion and was not similar to how it would be if I ordered it in the store.

Great staff and most of food was its usual great taste. First time this has happened though: or some reason the steak tasted like chlorine or and was soft like it was previously chewed and spit out(it was NOT I’m just describing the flavor and consistency). Otherwise it was good. Like I said I’ve eatin Chipotle other places tons before and it’s always been great. Just a one off…
