I ordered a salad bowl and this is what I got? Firstly where is the lettuce? Secondly what am I paying $13.00 for? A bowl of cheese and chicken that’s barely full? My friends and I came at 8:40 and order $63 worth of food for it to be skimpy. y’all close at 10:00. They were out of sour cream which they told us but never said anything about lettuce, DONT sell salad bowls if you’re out of lettuce.

Everything went wrong here today. I was really wanting to just be able to go in and order my food the old fashioned way with a cashier. When I got there, I guess they’re trying to move everything to where you can only order on the app and not physically go in as there was a sign on the door saying “online only”, which I get that it’s 2023 and everything is moving to be digital now… but clearly this new system isn’t working for this location. Crowds of people waiting a half hour to an hour for their mobile orders. I’m ordering my food through the app while sitting in the restaurant staring at workers that are more than capable of just taking my order the old fashioned way… the app was having problems loading and it was glitching out. Just an overall mess. They ended up taking the mobile orders placed originally through the app in person anyway since so many people were waiting. They also claimed to be short staffed whenever someone complained about the wait. There were 8 people behind the counter. Since when is having 8 people on the same shift at a not so busy location “understaffed”. If chipotle is going to have everyone conform to a new normal… they should at least make sure it will be smooth sailing for their customers.

We did a delivery order. I ordered a steak salad… I got a watery salad with NO steak. I always order salads, never had one that looked like soup. Everyone else was pleased with their orders though.

Don’t expect anything to be correct. Doesn’t matter how you order, if you go, if you just any of the apps, they cannot make anything correctly. Didn’t even ask for lettuce? Got it. Ask for green salsa? Corn. White rice? It’s been sitting there packed into the container for two days and is dry and clumped to hell. Won’t even break up with a fork. No.

Ordered door dash and after 45 minutes the order was canceled i had to call 1 800 chipolte who then refunded because “they didn’t have a dasher” ao i placed a pickup order on the app to then arrive at a store that has signs taped to the windows saying they were temporarily closed

It’s Chipotle. What can you say about it. Went to pick up my food and food was not ready. Once it was ready though food was no better or worse than what I’ve had it. Any other Chipotle. Staffing just seems to be consistent like at any other place across the United States right now.

Horrible service. Walked in and absolutely no one acknowledged we were there when we went to order. The restaurant was empty! There was 5 young adults standing around with one girl putting food in containers. Waited a few minutes and so we walked out. Didn’t phase them one bit. They didn’t wanna work and you could totally pick up on that. Will not be coming back.

We ordered door dash and 1 of our meals which supposed to be a buritto bowl was just chicken. Then a person ordered brown rice and got white. Then one order had not one, but TWO hairs! One of them was really long and gross! Will not be ordering from here again.

This is a decent Chipotle. Compared to your average Chipotle, servings were definitely a bit small but the store itself had really nice outdoor seating and a great atmosphere that made up for it. The food was good and service was on par with your average Chipotle.
