I used to love chipotle, but after my most recent experience it will be a long time before I go back. I waited half an hour in the drive up lane to get my food (there were only three cars in front of me so no idea what took so long) – and every part of my order was awful. The drink was totally watered down and flavorless, and the guacamole smeared on top was totally brown and rotten- clearly quite old and never should have been served. $20 meal straight into the trash.

Healthy, quick, affordable! The taste is on point. I recommend the steak brown rice bowl. Very tasty! I also love how convenient the Cicero Chipotle store is with their chipotlane! Ultimately this Chipotle will thrive with their nice staff members. There’s plenty of seating and I look forward to my next visit!

Ordered online 2 burritos. Got back in the car and both of the burritos looked like they hadn’t been wrapped at all. Mine was essentially all the way open and it was very difficult to eat. It spilled all over the place and there were beans and rice all over the car. Being a burrito place, this particular Chipotle should consider training their employees on how to wrap the burritos properly.

They were catering a work lunch. Came to pick up food. Waited outside the store for 20minutes until the manager came to open the door. This was almost 45 minutes after opening time for the shop. Will never use them again for large work meeting catering. They didn’t apologize or say anything.

This chipotle has gone down hill BAD. Proportions of everything were way off, food was warm at best, and the chips were stale. If I had a receipt I would have done a specific review on their website, but this will have to do. Until they hire new help, don’t waste your time or money here

Went in to order chips and queso, one employee told us to cut line and go straight to the register. Another employee yelled at us and told us we couldn’t cut the line and had to wait. The original employee came over and gave us everything and then walked away and didn’t help us pay, causing us to wait again. Employee also was mad that we were paying in cash because she had to press some extra buttons. Very confusing experience and everyone had bad attitudes.

We love Chipotle and we’re looking forward to our meal, however, for the price we paid we were sadly disappointed in what we received. The new Garlic Guajillo Steak was indeed delicious but my quesadilla was for a child, but the price was for an adult x 2. Almost $14 for half a quesadilla

My item did not have a sticker with the name I ordered under. Everyone else that ordered with me that had their food in the same bag all had there names on their food. Could have been wrong burrito. My burrito was squished and busted open oozing out the back. I ate each filling one at a time. All the rice was at the bottom then guacamole and sour cream was all in the middle. Almost no steak and it was all at the top. I stopped there on break from work so I did not have time to go back. Very disappointed. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a Burrito and got a Burrito bowl I’m guessing? Look at it. What is this? My location doesn’t have order online anymore so I drove a half hour out to this Chipotlane and got there on time for pick and waited another 20 minutes. Drove home and discovered whatever this is.. it’s not a burrito. And it not chicken either. Doesn’t taste like chicken. Maybe it’s barracuda? The label on it is correct. Whoever filled it obviously couldn’t read the word burrito. This portion has to be a child’s order too… so small. Look at it!
