Never had a problem here until the last time I came in. Upon walking into the building, I immediately noticed trash overflowing out of the receptacle and spilling onto the floor. Not off to a good start, but I chalked it up to the lunch rush having just ended. I then proceeded to the pick up shelf to retrieve my order. We had planned to dine in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time ever going to chipotle and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Service was horrible; and honestly the food wasn’t that good either. They had no chips, so for my kids we got fruit, and that consisted of a clementine in a plastic cup. When I was in the middle of ordering they went to the next person and I had to cash out and get back in line to order the rest of my stuff. They didn’t even tell me my first total and couldn’t print a receipt for me. Food wasn’t very good, very plain. Next time I will go to Moes. They always have chips and more options for toppings.

The place was not neat, there were trash cans overflowing,they ran out of dressing, the pan of lettuce was empty with my serving that was just enough to fill a side cup. They seemed busy with only 4 ppl in line.

The food is good but it’s infuriating when you open your bowl and theres only 5 pieces of chicken . The last time I went In to order I had to constantly ask the employee for more . The bowl is $15 a generous amount of food should be added . As it always it ! My bowl tonight was easily worth 5bucks . So disappointed. My dinner is ruined

This location sucks, the last time we ordered we were missing items. This time our bowl was full of liquid and soaked through the bag. The new brisket was horrible, dry and chewy. My burrito was 90% rice and very little of the other toppings I asked for, and the rice was either extremely old or undercooked. It was very hard and tough. The queso had chunks of old dry queso in it. Never again.

This location is BY FAR the absolute WORST chipotle. Save your money and gas, and never come here. 7 people waiting for a pickup order “promised” 30 MINUTES AGO. The burrito was cold, and I’ve never seen a burrito wrapped worse in my life. 0 compensation. Chick fil a would never.

Food was good, the guy making the food very friendly, but when it came to cashing out, the girl had zero personality. Then went to go sit with mom to eat our burritos & the restaurant area was a complete mess, filthy & disgusting! Every table had food scraps & remnants on it & clearly no one was taking charge to make sure the tables in the restaurant area were cleaned off! The only thing I could think of was if they let the restaurant area get this bad, what’s it look like in the back of the house???
