Typically LOVE this location, however, it was exceptionally busy today. The line was out the door. My thought, it was a new mgr. Everyone was busy and we’re very patient. All was fine until the mgr started filling in and in his haste was slopping everything on. Not fond of beans dripping down the side of the salad or a very wet burrito because he didn’t drain. Take a few more seconds to drain and hit your mark. Retain return customers than speed through and tick people off. Reflects on him and not on Chipotle.

Worker at the counter visabily rolled eyes as each customer walked in, seemed to have his eyes and attention everywhere but me and my requests. Dining room is always filthy here and little broken things in every corner. Definitely get bottled soda or water here, let you decide.

The food and staff were great, however, the lobby was dirty. There was no ice for drinks and the drink bar was covered in soda. There were napkins and trash on the floor. All of the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage. Tables and chairs were dirty. We had to clean our own table to sit down and eat. We will continue to order food but we will not sit in and eat there anymore.

My work ordered catering for Cinco de Mayo and it was fantastic! We did the Build Your Own Double for 25 and we had plenty of everything. Everything was packaged well and very easy to stop and pickup. Would definitely recommend for catering.

Employees locked doors 10 min before closing, someone answered door for pick up. No extra dressing as ordered for bowl, forgot queso. Burrito barely filled, definitely not extra meat as I ordered (Ive had extra meat before I know the portion) a terrible meal for $35? Its just crazy. Theres no standard at this chipotle.

I hope the 50 cents they saved on the mild salsa was worth losing a lifelong customer. Yesterday, halfway through ordering my food I looked at the large container of mild tomato salsa in front of me, which I always get, and was informed by the employee that it was for online customers only. So be careful if you’re a walk-in customer. Certain items may not be available to you and there are no signs to indicate this policy prior to ordering.
